Getting into the property very late, we were grateful for a bed. It was easy to find and get into. The pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.The messages from Hostwell, the property management partner, were confusing with check out instructions because it was a blanket statement assumed on all properties. The carpet was badly stained in the unit, had a musty smell from the garage, and we were without hand soap. I should have payed attention to the built in fees for an "extra person," which ultimately left me feeling this property was highly over priced for the 7 hours we spent there.
