Very welcoming hosts and perfect stay! The suite is true to its description - nothing to add or comment on in this respect. We cannot stress enough that it is located in an absolutely beautiful neighbourhood. We absolutely hope to stay here again next time we're in San Francisco!

Moshe and Mimi were very responsive and helpful. The location is in a quiet and stunningly beautiful neighborhood. The place is exactly as described and the photos reflect the reality. We had a lovely time and felt well taken care of.

Great location a block away from the Presidio and walkable to Fillmore, Japantown, and some other great neighborhoods. A quiet part of the city which is nice for sleeping. The clouds billow in to this neighborhood so it was nice and cool for some great deep sleeping. The hosts are super nice and welcoming - they'll give you lots of pro recommendations. Overall a great stay and a great space.

perfect location for a charming SF stay

Great spot for a solo traveler or couple looking for a quiet and safe launching point for a San Francisco adventure. The location cannot be beat, it is a pleasure just to walk around the neighborhood and enjoy the architecture and landscaping around the historic homes. It was breath taking to round the corner and see the Golden Gate and Presidio park on a beautiful morning! The owners are equally charming and met me at the door. I was otherwise left alone to enjoy my stay.

Charming studio, relaxing stay

I was on a brief solo trip, and this was a wonderful place for me to relax and chill for a few days. It's right next to hiking trails in the Presidio, which was its main draw for me. But I appreciated the cozy charm of the space, the lovely garden in back, and the treats and the wine (and Netflix!) for winding down after a day filled with walking. The bed is comfy too. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not in your face. They've thought of everything!The bathroom is very small, just an FYI, and the mirror is low for us tall folks, but there is full length mirror just outside of the bathroom that I used instead. This is a perfect space for a solo traveler! It is one of my favorite places I've stayed on my own!

Excellent Stay

Great place with everything we needed to enjoy 5 days in San Francisco. Take the owners recommendations for restaurants- they have great taste! Location was perfect next to Presidio Park with tons of walking trails. Some amazing restaurants and amenities close by.

Lovely Hosts and Stay

Mosh and Mimi are excellent hosts, truly going the extra mile...they are available if needed, but not intrusive and have provided a lot more than the basics for the stay. They knew I was visiting family and even prepared some little plant gifts for my granddaughters. Recommended!

Beautiful and clean historic home, + friendly and knowledgable hosts!

We loved our stay at Mosh and Mimi’s! The place is historically significant and architecturally beautiful, the hosts are so knowledgeable about the home itself and neighborhood- they also had complementary snacks and beverages and wine for us to enjoy during our stay. Check in and check out was easy. We also loved their recommendations on nearby eateries!

Great place.

This a a great little studio apartment located in a very quiet area. Mosh and Mini are great!! So accommodating and even assisted in moving our vehicle (to avoid a parking ticket) while we walked to the other side of the city.

Great Location Clean & Comfortable

Everything we were in SF to do was easy to manage with this location. On top of that the hosts spent a lot of time giving help and tips for what we were looking to do. The accommodations were great, very clean, comfortable and most importantly to us, Quiet, didn’t hear a sound. Hosts included many extras to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.
