This home is located just minutes from San Diego’s epicenter of culture and world-class tourist attractions. There are many wonderful cafés and historical districts within walking distance and only a 10 minute walk to San Diego's light rail known as San Diego Trolley which can whisk you to Little Italy or Downtown Gaslamp district within minutes. Or North via the ‘Coaster’ connection to Encinitas and Carlsbad with their Main street shops, restaurants and beaches.

Full private access to the home, SunDeck, and yard. Self check-in with keyless entry. Home is reached via a private stone staircase from street level — please note this if stairs are a concern. Detached garage and basement are for storage / housekeeping supplies (no guest access).
