"This home was perfect for our family and friends to stay for a San Diego State University graduation. It was so close to the college and everything we needed around it. There were plenty of beds for the rooms to sleep everyone comfortably. The home is very well maintained and a great place to celebrate."

The view from the top floor patio and jacuzzi was phenomenal. Just a couple minute walk to the beach and even a couple stores and restaurants near by. Five star hosts as well! "

"Enjoyed the historic cottage and the close walk to the beach and places to eat. Cottage could use a bit of maintenance on front door floor pad, made it awkward going in and out.and bathroom door knob ready to fall off Shower hot and cold backwards, made for interesting discovery. Host very responsive to our needs."

"The location of the property is just amazing! We were able to walk to the beach and the bay. The beach is steps away from the house. The are restaurants and markets walking distance from the house. The Belmont park is very close. We took scooters and bikes out. The neighborhood is safe and our kids had tons of fun and freedom to hang out. The house is a bit outdated, but the location makes up for any of it. We had a blast and would absolutely recommend staying here!"
