"We were not at the house very much during our stay in San Diego, but it was perfect for we needed. "

"This is my second time staying in this spot and it’s perfect! Everything went as planned and was a great, will definitely book again."

"I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and...

"The property was awesome. Close to all. Host was awesome. I would like to suggest some things. Maybe do extra bug spraying I got bit up. But I get that And the mattress is very hard terrible sleep need to be bigger. And softer . And also why no tv in bedroom I love having tv in my room and I really think others do also and I would love to have a tv in there. They do sell arms to move around and u don’t need to hang from wall. Thank u to a great host love your place"

"This place is great! Yes, it’s by the airport. Yes, you can hear the planes. But overall, this place exceeds all the noise and everything. It’s just a great place. Pictures don’t do it justice. Smart home, bidets are something you don’t think you need until you have them. We visit every couple of years, so we hope this place is in our budget so we can stay here again."

"Adam was great! Communicated regularly and ensured I was good to go from the start. "

With its own entrance, restroom, and accommodating host - we felt so fortunate to have found the perfect home-away-from-home for our trip. The island is a beautiful slice of Americana, and the host George was accommodating and available any time we needed without ever feeling like we were imposing on him. With an incredibly fair price, Swiss Army knife of amenities, and in such an incredible location no matter...

"We had a very pleasant stay here. Everything was clean and easy to find. Parking was excellent. Thank you James for being an accommodating and responsive host."

The layout gave us plenty of room to spread out, and the home was very clean when we arrived. We especially appreciated how spotless the floors were. The property manager was also responsive and easy to communicate with. There were just a couple of minor maintenance items that would make the home even better. The shower/tub drain cover...
