So my wife and I stayed there for 7 nights 8 days.We came to California from Rochester,NY with our 2 dogs.Checking in was very easy punch in the code and walk in.The house was very clean and very organized and set up like your home away from home with everything needed for your stay.The house was exactly what was shown on the website.The pool was clean and nice we did not opt in for heating due to the expense of 250.00 a day to heat and took 8 hrs to heat so,we just swam but even in March we did swim in the pool.The hot tub was nice but didn't get that hot my soft tub goes to 104 and there hot tub was set at 102 and some of the jets didn't work but was still very relaxing and enjoyable on those cold nights.In regards to the sauna, we didn't use it at all. we tried a couple of times, but it wouldn't heat up so we gave up.The instructions on it are not very helpful to operate. It was easy enough to ask and they got right on it. We just weren't home at the time of the phone call for the instructions and just said forget it this time around.The host was very helpful and quick to respond when I would message them.The only thing that was even an issue but was not really an issue the owner,has a pool cleaner set to come,that the host was unaware of and he came right in to the backyard and did what he had to but we have a rescue dog and glad she was not out as that would or could have been bad as she is very unsure of new people especially men.Overall it was very welcoming stay.
