I had a very bad experience with this property and the company managing it.This condo is not managed directly by VRBO, but by an external company called Styling Sanctuary (Enugula Estates LLC). After booking through VRBO, they contacted me outside the platform and requested payment through their own payment system.A few days later, they cancelled my stay themselves, stating that the property would be under maintenance during the exact dates I had already booked and paid for, making it unavailable. This situation should have been known before accepting my reservation.They did not offer any equivalent or better alternative, which is a clear failure to honor the reservation. To make matters worse, to this day I have not received my refund, despite being told that it would be processed. I am still struggling to get my money back.This has been extremely stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing. I strongly advise others to be very careful when dealing with this property and with Styling Sanctuary (Enugula Estates LLC). Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with this company.
