Super stay
Excellent property in central location. It’s set up perfectly for a week skiing, parking and access to the hotel facilities are a real bonus. For a family of 4 on a budget it’s a cost effective way of visiting samoens and easily the nicest looking place I could find. We have booked again for Feb 1/2 term next year already. Thank you!

Great location, great flat
Very nice well located flat One minute walk from the ski shuttles (all day long!) Car could have stayed in the car park all week nd we enjoyed the longest possible ski days Dishwasher was unfortunately out of order (these things happen) but the concierge was very helpful Perfect place for families or friends

Résidence récente fait partie d’un hôtel / restaurant avec espace bien être. Avec place de parking en garage sous-sol. Appartement bien équipé, mais lave vaisselle malheureusement hors service. Très propre, concierge répond vite par SMS. Beau village avec commerces à proximité. Navette directement en face, mais pas utilisé. Donc emplacement, appartement, concierge = top

Excellent Family Stay
The property was spotless on arrival, the equipment and amenities all seemed brand new and everything was thought of. The location of the apartment was first class, 2 minute walk to the centre of the village and a 5 minute walk to the GM gondola, it couldn’t be more convenient. The underground parking was a huge bonus and access to the first class spa was out of this world for tired ski legs! Fanny the concierge was great, nothing was too much trouble. This place is a real gem, 10/10 and we will hopefully return again in the future.

Une agréable semaine à Samoëns !
Appartement bien agencé, à proximité immédiate du centre, literie de qualité, et on dort bien sur le convertible aussi malgré le matelas plus fin par définition. Belle grande terrasse avec vue sur le Criou et les montagnes environnantes. Garage en sous-sol, accessible même avec un coffre de toit sur un monospace, le plafond est très haut. Ascenseur depuis le garage vers l'appartement, aucune marche dehors ni dedans, impeccable en chaise roulante. Cuisine très bien équipée, avec en bonus de quoi faire une fondue, raclette, plancha et grill. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et avec le service de conciergerie sur place. S'il fallait vraiment trouver un défaut, l'absence de support de papier toilette dans les 2 WC... Mais ce n'est pas insurmontable ! Super séjour donc, sans piscine car fin de saison, mais nous avions été informés avant réservation. Je recommande absolument !

Vacances d'été en famille - TOP
Magnifique, emplacement en plein centre, balcon avec une vue sur la montagne. Convient parfaitement pour 4 personnes. La piscine et le parking privé sont des points forts. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et réactif.

Brilliant holiday!
Stayed here for 9 nights, perfect location. The apartment was great for 4 adults and a dog. View of the mountains from the balcony was lovely especially when having breakfast or dinner. Use of the pool was superb, we were there end of June/beginning of July so still quiet and had the pool and gym to ourselves most of the time. Would definitely come back. Basement parking a bonus especially in the hot weather. Fanny who met us to hand over keys and show us where to find the appartement was delightful.Thank you.

Spring skiing
The property is lovely, and given that the skiing was mixed with good snow on the higher slopes, and nothing very much by the midstation the facilities the property offered gave us plenty to do during the afternoons.

Great location right in town but very easy access to gondola too.
The property was really clean and homely. The kitchen had most things, but a few essentials were missing, like a grater, and while there were more mugs than you could ever use, there were only one or two chopping boards and they weren't in a great state. The beds were incredibly comfy and there was lots of cupboard space, though the draws in the lounge were filled with fondu sets and hot plates you're less in need of than a drawer to put all your ski gloves and goggles for the whole family in. The place needs hooks! There was loads of wall space for hooks, from which you could hang ski jackets that might be a bit damp, towels, your hats and scarves, but there wasn't a single one! There was a cuckoo clock that delighted us all at first, less so at 1am!

Good morning, Thank you for your message and I would like to provide you with some clarification. There is a cheese grater. For the cutting boards there are 2 in wood and 2 in glass. Indeed the wood is quickly damaged and on a board the problem is not the age but the cleanliness and they are disinfected each time. The apartment has 3 large closets, one in each bedroom and one in the entrance and each time a large shelf to put all of them. As for the cuckoo unless you have touched it, it does not ring at night because it only rings when there is light!

Samoens
Très beau logement au calme en plein centre de Samoens. Nous avons apprécié le confort et la propreté de l'appartement. Les petits extras (piscine...) de la résidence sont également très appreciable. Le propriétaire est disponible même si nous passons par une conciergerie. Petit bémol sur l'organisation de cette dernière en terme de temps pour la prise en charge de l'appartement a l'arrivée et au départ ( un temps d'attente important). Nous recommandons ce logement.

Wir würden wieder kommen
Wir waren vollends zufrieden- die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage unweit vom Zentrum. Shops und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst war super sauber, toll ausgestattet und richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Alles war rundum sehr gepflegt. Wir würden definitiv nochmal hier buchen.

Perfect location to walk to GME lift. Near centre of town for bars and restaurants as well although we cooked in the apartment. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Concierge attentive to requests. Perfect apartment-have booked again for next year.

Très belle résidence, bel emplacement, près de l'arrêt principal de toutes les navettes pour skier. Très belle piscine avec jaccouzi, sauna et autres. Dommage pour ce niveau de standing que le confort de la literie ne soit pas irréprochable.

A winner
High spec, comfortable apartment at the back of a new residence, so quiet and away from the roads but also well located for everything in Samöens. Lovely large balcony with fab views of the Crioux and the mountains, getting full sun all morning. Unfortunately the spa and pool are closed between September and December. But I would recommend the place highly.

Cet appartement est parfait pour un séjour en famille, avec l’avantage des deux salles de bain/douche (et 2 WC), parfaitement équipé en vaisselle, il ne manque rien. Une machine à laver serait un plus appréciable. Le grand atout est la proximité du centre du village qui est très agréable, avec commerces et restaurants, bien que l’appartement soit exposé au calme, avec une très belle terrasse (magnifiques vues sur la montagne), idéalement placé pour explorer la région, et parfait pour s’y reposer. Nous pourrions le réserver à nouveau les yeux fermés !

BON SEJOUR
appartement sympa propre et fonctionnel, manque des transats pour terrasse et parasol, il manquait un étendoir à linge mais la sté qui gère l'appartement nous en a apporter un rapidement (merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et réactivité). Nous avons trouvé le vis à vis (en face et coté) un peu bruyant et cela nous a un peu génés (obligés de fermer les rideaux et volets).

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Samoens. L’appartement est très agréable, propre, fonctionnel et parfaitement situé. Conciergerie présente et avenante. Le panier garni de M. Dubois est une petite attention très sympathique. Nous reviendrons profiter de cette belle station !
