"We loved our stay! The house was perfect for the 6 of us! We spent 4 full days just hanging out at the house swimming and kayaking up and down the river. We also loved the screened in patio. We brought an outdoor fan with us and it helped us stay cool in the July heat if we weren’t in the water. Karen was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. We will definitely be back. "

"We had the best time! The house was great! Communication was amazing! Any time a text they got back with me super face! There were dolphins and manatees at the back porch. We were there for 7 days. Enjoyed every minute of it! And the neighbor did an amazing firework show for the 4th! "

"The house was in a great spot with all of the amenities you can think of. We loved seeing manatees swim by everyday along with other wildlife. The backyard overlooking the river is where we spent most of our time. The chairs and umbrellas were perfect for lounging for us, and the kids spent a lot of time kayaking and exploring. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was great. "

"The house was everything we thought it would be, and more! We brought our boat, and it was so great to have it right there. And after a day on the water, it was so awesome to jump right into the pool. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a few more kitchen supplies but we made do with what we had. "

"It was such a beautiful place! Even the patio was great! Awesome spot to watch the waves come in! Little fishing spot right in the back yard! Hot tub under construction as is most of cedar key but it was a slice of paradise for sure! Owner was a breeze to talk to and helpful in every way! We will be back next year! "

"Very clean and organized for our family! Brian was very responsive and willing to work with our schedule. Perfect for multiple families or teenage kids. Separate den area offered was a great asset to our family. Short distance to Kathi’s for dinner and only about 15 min out of the channel."

"Property accurate listing, area was very quiet, more adult friendly than child friendly, which was awesome for us. Nearby beaches are not white sands and clear waters, drove roughly 55 minutes south of Property to Clearwater beaches north which is less crowded and beautiful beaches. Would recommend this Property for stay in the future. "

"this is a very charming “old Florida” hotel that is 160 years old. It has withstood many hurricanes and weather issues over the years but remains a “grand old lady” in the heart of Cedar Key. The restaurant offers excellent dining choices for dinner only. I will definitely be staying there again in the future."

"Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one."
