"the house was perfect for the two of us. Outside shower was clean (even has a mirror) and underside of house was set up for rainy days and was clean and comfortable (except for mosquitoes which we all must learn to live with). Small but efficient kitchen with all appliances in great working order. Excellent WIFI connection. Only complaint was being too old or dumb to use ROKU/SLING for TV. It took forever to find current evening news. Who watches last nite's evening news anyway?? Not a big...

"While the house can accommodate larger groups we found it perfect for the two of us. Other than the laundry, we didn’t use the lower level. The upper level, which contains the master suite, kitchen/living area, screen porch and sliders onto the deck was spacious (while still feeling cozy). The house was well appointed and nicely decorated in an understated beachy kind of way. The view of the sound was almost as good from the inside as it was from the deck. If you’re a couple looking for a house...

"This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us."

"The house is advertised as the best handicapped house in the OBX. We concur this is absolutely correct. The ramp up to the main living floor was very convenient for unloading your vehicle. Everything on the main living floor was accessible including the dock. The location is next to Hatteras Watersports where jet skis and kayaks were available for rent - very convenient! The owners were very responsive to any needs/concerns. For sure, the house rates a 5 star! We look forward to going back!"

"Property was as advertised. Dining table is a pool table. Flip over top and can play table tennis. Only aspect not appreciated was toilet in Master bedroom has no door. But we knew this going in and managed just fine with the floor plan."

"How was amazing and had all the space amenities our family and three kids could ask for. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook meals. Beach access was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing for morning coffee. We loved the library and enjoyed looking at the many photo albums of the house throughout the years.
