Todos são muitíssimo atenciosos e desde o momento do check-in já fomos acolhidos de uma maneira carinhosa e atenciosa. Todos se esforçam para tornar a estada dos hóspedes melhor. "I can't imagine having a better experience - the most wonderful hospitality & it's a perfect location. The staff is exceptional & the apartments are spacious, comfortable, & private. The town is great the main thoroughfare is literally seconds from the hotel & on the corner opposite the property there's puzza/pasta restaurant with a large courtyard that has live music sometimes. I felt safe and well cared for during my stay - I'll definitely be back when I have future trips to this exceptional...

"Great location just a few minutes stroll to Franschhoek cafes and restaurants. Warm and friendly welcome from Carol and Johannes and the other staff. The room was comfortable but would benefit from a spruce up as looked a bit tired, particularly the bathroom. Also there was a very strange smell coming from the bathroom but this could well have been from drains. "
