This house had many things we liked and many we felt could have improved our stay. -Cons-The house is dated and has many quirks. Smelled like the 80s, one master had a broken blind and there was no sleeping in, lighting at night isn’t great, 100 light switches and hot tub was dirty. Pros- Had many utensils, man stuff if you are staying in to cook, the layout of the house worked out very well for our stay, location was great, house had lots of space and co.oa y was very responsive when we needed help.#Overall it was a great stay for pricing compared to other homes. We would stay again.

Very nice property with great space. Loved the window to view out, the only problem was the sun. As the sun set it came into the windows and we were not able to lower the shades as stated on the sign. You need to invest in some type of shade for the afternoon sun. The dining table was adequate in size but there were only 5 chairs. There were 6 of us and it is advertised for 8. You need to get more chairs for all to be able to sit together. Many dishes were dirty that we took out to use.

Everything was great had an issue with the jacuzzi but they sent someone and the issues was resolved. The only thing was there alway ants on the counter in the kitchen and in the last bathroom on the floor. But actually this was are second time at this cabin and it had the same issues as before but yes we would stay again but hopefully they can fix those issues eventually.

The cabin was great and it had everything we needed. Although it was clean, there were a few things that i think the cleaning crew could do better on. Overall though, we had an amazing time and the house was great.

6 adults and 2 children stayed three nights at Apache Pines in June. We had a great stay with only complaint being there were only 3 chairs at the dining table but the photos on the website showed 8.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time stay at Apache Pines estate! There was plenty of room for our family to relax and make great memories. A bonus was seeing several baby and mama elk through the huge windows out back. They came every day! We all had a great time!

This property could use a good deep cleaning and carpet replacement. The location is excellent and the spaciousness and layout of the home was wonderful.

Family Friendly with Room to Play Outside

We enjoyed our stay in this home and the large concrete area to play on in the evenings. We saw a black bear, 2 Elk, 3 deer and 3 wild mustangs in the backyard... What a treat!!

Good place for family

The location is nice and quiet. The layout of the building is perfect and roomy. But the housekeeping was lackluster, had some broken chairs, hallway bathroom shower doesnt work, the basketball court was not in the description, multiple tv roommates had no batteries, oustide by the pario had trash from previous guests. Overall very nice property but does need upgrades and better housekeeping. Will stay again in the future if at least the housekeeping improves

Family Weekend

When we arrived the code didn’t work, so we had to call to be able to get in. There was a dead deer in the backyard and when we called the property manager we were told to call the game warden to be passed to another agency to call then to be asked to drag the deer to the street, so it could be picked up. The carpet is badly soiled, there were cob webs throughout the house and the kitchen cabinets were sticky and grimey. The shower in the hall way didn’t work at, as when you tried turning on the water the handle just spun around and the water would not come on. This is a really neat property, but could use some updates.

Poorly mismanaged

I arrived early so I called the management at hummingbird rental to see if I could check in early, I was told that I couldn’t because the inspection has not been done on the property, so I checked in at the normal time after checking in I found that the middle bathroom shower and tub was not working also my grandkids tried to play on the basketball court we had to throw there clothes away because the back area was so grown with weeds I called management they dsent a guy that told me they could not fix the middle bathroom because it was on the weekend and the weeds were not taken care of so the outside area was not able to be used at all
