Immer wieder!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, einige wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, andere sehr gut mit öffentlichen. Um die Wohnung gibt es verschiedene gute Restaurants, Cafés und eine super Gelateria! Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gut geschnitten, man kann als Gruppe zusammen im Wohnzimmer sitzen, aber jeder hat auch seinen eigenen Bereich mit Bad. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr charmanten Stil. Wir waren acht Leute mit zwei Kindern, zwei Zwanzigjährigen und noch einem Pärchen und es hat super geklappt!

Great Location

The location was great. The furniture was in poor shape and needed a good cleaning. To run the dryer you had to turn off the air conditioning or the whole apartment would lose power. The dryer took very long to dry the clothes. The apartment was large and had enough bathrooms for 7 people. As mentioned the location to the sites was excellent. If the furniture was in better shape and cleaned the rating would be higher. The beds were very comfortable. Would I stay there again, probably due to my comfort of navigating Rome from there. Owner was good to work with.

Wonderful stay in Rome

Spent 3nts at this villa in Rome and loved our stay. The best part was definitely the location, 15mins to Piazza Navona and 20mins to the Vatican and Trevi Fountain walking. The unit had everything we needed with old world charm and Paolo and Mariano were very prompt with responding to any of our messages or requests. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

What an AMAZING property

We had a group of 8 people visiting Rome and the Vatican City for the Jubilee Year. Paolo was an amazing host and responded back to any questions that we had very promptly. Mariano the doorman was very helpful and polite during our week stay at the property. The rental place we rented was very spacious and in the nice area of town. We were walking distance to almost anywhere, including the metro station if we needed to go out further. A bonus for this property is that it has one of the best Gelato place downstairs. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay - the apartment was a short walk away from most of the tourist sites- Paolo and Mariano were always at hand if needed-the beds were clean and very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped- the apartment decor was a bit strange with many a of the objects very gothic in style ( not to everyone”s taste but a talking point) - a lick of paint would be needed especially around the windows - this could be a beautiful apartment if a little attention was given to these issues- overall it was very good value for money and in a good location - thank you Paolo and Mariano

Un grand et bel appartement ancien !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paolo et Maria dans cet appartement ancien avec beaucoup de cachet ! Maria a été très souple pour notre heure d'arrivée, malgré notre retard d'avion. Elle nous a accueilli avec le sourire, et malgré la barrière la langue, nous avons réussi à bien nous comprendre. Nous étions cinq adultes et deux enfants et les quatre chambres et trois salles de bain ont été parfaites pour notre organisation.L'appartement est aussi bien équipé au niveau cuisine pour tous les besoins, et l'on se sent comme à la maison dans le grand salon ! Si nous devions trouver des points négatifs, nous soulignerions tout de même le simple vitrage qui ne permet pas de filtrer la rue très bruyante. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, cela peut vous déranger. De même, le système d'eau peut être capricieux mais ce sont les désagréments à tolérer pour pouvoir profiter d'un bel appartement ancien dans le centre de Rome. Paolo, avec l'aide de Mariano le concierge, ont toujours répondu à nos sollicitations et demandes d'aide. Paolo nous a également conseillé quelques bonnes adresses et le quartier est très appréciable.Grazie mille Paolo, Maria et Mariano

This place was absolutely amazing, there were seven of us, for adults and three kids and the space was more than enough for us. We probably could have had another person there and it still would have been plenty big. If you have a big group of people and you want to stay in an area that is comfortable walkable then this is the place for you. Just absolutely an awesome awesome experience

Prati Paradise.

Great stay in Prati. We were able to check-in early and leave our luggage in the apartment at checkout as we had a late flight. All thanks to the owner Paolo and Mariano our concierge. Communication was excellent and have no hesitation in recommending this property to stay in Rome.
