Perfect Location in Rome

This was the perfect apartment for our 3-day stay in Rome. We had an extended family of 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The building was so unique with its own courtyard and winding staircase up to the apartment. We were literally steps away from the Piazza Navona and dozens of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this apartment!

Multigenerational family vacation

Stefano was an excellent host and communicator. He recommended a private driver since the transport strike was happening. The apartment was in a perfect location surrounded by many excellent restaurants. Spacious and clean, air conditioners worked fine, felt very safe in this area of Rome. Walkable to everything. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Comfortable for 4 adults and 15 year old.

Historic apartment in a great location

This apartment is in a fantastic location and is what I expected based on the historic location and other reviews. The rooms were all pretty good sized and the AC was fantastic as it was very hot in Rome while we were there.Stefano is a great host and communicates well.

Charming location

Very clean, interesting space. Quiet location, walking distance from lots of great sites. Not great for super tall people. AC in each room. Tight spiral stairs to get in, somewhat difficult with large luggage. Small steps within and some slanted floors to contend with. Overall, we very much enjoyed it and would definitely return.

This is the perfect property to stay at

First off i would like to say that Stefano was excellent to work with and was always quick to respond with answers to our questions. THis apartment is perfectly located with restaurants along the street and an easy walk anywhere. Half a block to piazza navona, three bocks to the Pantheo, and so on. Would definitely book again!

Great apartment near Piazza Navona

Excellent location. Centrally located with all the major Rome landmarks within walking distance. The apartment is close to Piazza Navona, but tucked away from the crowds and street noise. Great communication with the apartment owner for checking in and out. Highly recommend

Wouldn't stay here again

We stayed 5 nights. Pros: sufficient number of beds for 7 people. Great location in the heart of Rome, with multiple restaurants withing mere minutes. Main attractions were walkable. Cons:We picked this apartment for a few reasons. The first was 2 bathrooms. However, the second bathroom only had a large tub with a sprayer, which would have been fine had it been fully functional. However, it took 2 hours to fill it up! I timed it one night....My feet needed rest after walking 12 miles, and I wanted to soak them. It took 20 minutes to get enough water to even cover my feet (not even up to my ankles!). So, the 7 of us had to share 1 shower. As I said, the location was great. It is loud, as expected in a big city.Another main reason we booked this property was for the washer/dryer. However, there were no instructions, so we looked it up online as best we could. (We did try contacting the property manager, but it was going to be after 10pm before he could show us how to use it). The first load of laundry (and a very small load at that!) took 4 hours. The second took 7 hours. It was then that we decided to spend the 45 to have our laundry done at the laundry service just 5 minutes away. The beds were ok. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The floors were sloped. We had two elderly people with us, and it threw them off a bit with the uneven flooring, not to mentiom the steps we kept falling up and down on in the main bathroom.

Wonderful Stay

The family and I had a wonderful stay. Place is located just a short walk to Pantheon and Spanish Steps and LOTS of great restaurants and pastry shops. Bonus found a very tasty Gelateria right around the corner called La Quinta. We arrived early, and Stefano was very accommodating with allowing early check in so we were able to drop off our bags and then walk around the square. Stefano responded very quickly if we had any questions. Place was clean and kitchen was stocked with enough dishes & glasses etc for all of us. Its a really cool place with concrete spiral staircase to the flat, large living room & bedrooms were big too.

Rome for the holidays

This was a truly exceptional stay. This apartment is large, with plenty of room, including 3 separate bedrooms, a large family room area, a small kitchen with everything you need, and two bathrooms. It was clean, quiet, and a wonderful location. Very close to Piazza Navono but also walking distance to many sites and monuments. Felt very safe at all hours, very close to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Communication with the host was excellent. As some have noted, there is a spiral staircase up when you come into the entry but that was not an issue for us. A really special place to stay when you are in Rome!

Family trip for the holidays

We had a great stay, the location is perfect for walking and getting to restaurants/sights. We were also recommended a great restaurant by the team member who checked us in (our favorite during the whole 2 week trip). Staff and his team were communicative and accommodating. Great authentically Roman stay steps from Piazza Navona!

Our family stayed at the flat for a week and all of our expectations were met! The property had everything we needed, and was close to all of the attractions and action, but also down a quiet side street to minimize noise at nighttime. Would not hesitate to book again, very nice place!

Our stay in rome

The apartment was centerly located. We used as a home base for our site seeing. We could go out for 3 or 4 hrs and then come back fro a rest. Then go out again. we loved being near the Piazza Navona.
