Muy bien excelente ubicación
El hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo en el centro, a unos pasos de la Fontana de Trevi !! El personal muy atento en especial Mikaela, nos ayudaron bastante, si ocupa mejor limpieza de piso y baños, si regreso ahí me vuelvo a hospedar 😊

Esta muy bien ubicado, a dos pasos de la Fontana de Trevi, facil y rapido tanto el check in como el check out, desayuno buffet y limpieza total de la habitacion. Al llegar nos entregaron la habitacion antes de la hora prevista y nos guardaron las maletas hasta que nos fuimos al aeropuerto. Si vuelvo a Roma...que seguro que volvere...no pienso ni por asomo ir a otro hotel que no sea este. Gracias.

El hotel es perfecto. mejor ubicación imposible. todo exageradamente limpio, el personal muy amable y siempre en comunicación. la habitación amplia y la cama cómoda. El Lugar no tiene ascensor, solo muchas escaleras, eso para mí no fue problema, pero se debe tener en cuenta. En general me quedaría en este hotel siempre que valla a Roma.

Excelente ubicación y trato por parte del personal que allí labora. Habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas. Sin embargo la única observación que tengo es que la puerta de ingreso no está bien identificada con el nombre del establecimiento, y para mi fue difícil de identificar. Creo prudente colocar más información en la puerta principal para que los turistas identifiquen el establecimiento. Del resto muy bueno el sitio. Recomendado 100%

Todo perfecto. Habitacion limpia y grande. El personal super atento. Lo unico a remarcar es que estábamos en el piso 4to sin asensor. Pero el hotel igual vale la pena !!

La atención del personal es muy amable. El cuarto bien limpio y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es perfecta. Alquilamos un cuarto donde parecía tener ambientación de la Roma antigua y nos tocó uno sin decoración aunque estaba muy bien.

The hotel is really good and the location is great you walk 30 seconds and arrive to the Trevi fountain, walk 20 minutes and arrive to the coliseum and Roman foro and 30 minutes walking to the Vaticano and the break fast in good.... if I return to Roma 59 steps will be my first option

Reserve para mis padres que pasaban un par de días en Roma y al leer algunos comentarios me decepcionó haber reservado .... Pero ellos crean un grupo Whatsapp y resuelven tus dudas... te ayudan en todo... es increíble lo bien que te atienden... mis padres se fueron encantados... hablan muy bien español... lo recomiendo muchísimo.... y agradezco al staff por su profesionalidad y carisma... Y además agregar que la ubicación es magnífica...

Nuestra estadía
El lugar en general muy lindo y aseado. Ubicación excelente, está en una zona bastante turística ya obviamente está muy cerca de la Fontana di Trevi lo cual es buenísimo para aprovechar ir temprano y no encontrar mucha gente. Lo único un poco incomodo es que nos toco en el 3er piso y no hay ascensor y llevábamos maletas no muy livianas así que subirlas y bajarlas fue un tanto cansado, lo bueno es que nos ayudo un muchacho del hotel así quien 👍 Todo en general muy bien!!

El hotel tiene una única excelente. El personal súper amable y atento a todas las demandas. El único inconveniente es que son tres pisos por escalera, pero estaban poniendo acensor que resolvería ese imprevisto. Todo excelente.

Super centrico , personal 10, muy recomendable
Todo perfecto, el personal de 10 , el desayuno muy bien , súper céntrico, la Fontana de Trevi esta en la esquina de la calle , nosotros hemos estado en habitación cuádruple súper grande con baño , muy cómodas, tienes acceso a cocina con de todo, y además capsulas para café y tentempié de tostadas y fruta todo el día , el precio muy bien para la zona que esta, mas no se puede pedir , se puede hacer toda Roma a pie.

Basic hotel, it's more like a big house, don't expect the attention you will have in hotel, but location worths it all. It is in a Central point to visit Rome and vatican

Ubicación ideal en Roma.
Nuestra estadía en 59 steps Trevi fue increíble. La ubicación es espectacular, solo a dos cuadras de la Fontana di Trevi y rodeada de restaurantes y barcitos. La atención de los hosts es buenísima, son muy atentos y cálidos. El desayuno es muy completo y la habitación muy cómoda y amplia. Definitivamente recomendable!

Perfect Hotel in the centre of Rome
Perfect place to enjoy the city. Well situated, very clean, comfortable. Breakfast good enough, and Evelyn and Rhona so kind, ready to serve you all the time. Fontana Di Trevi is about two minutes on foot . The área is full of shops and restaurants, but during the night there is not any noise in the room, so you are not going to be disturbed. Next time I will not hesitate at all, to go there again and again. It has been a very nice experience to stay in 59 Steps Trevi.

Really lovely room, they upgraded us upon arrival for free which was a lovely touch! Complimentary bottles of water. We could have had our room cleaned daily but didn't bother as we wasn't there long nough. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was amazing as we could walk everywhere from here. Always felt safe, as it was only me and my 12 year old daughter. Would definitely recommend and if we come back to Rome we would definitely stay again! Thank you

Nice place to stay...as long as nothing goes wrong
Clean, decent-sized room. Great location. The reason this hotel didn't get 5 stars is because they are non-responsive to issues. Our air conditioner stopped working and we found the office closed during their listed operating hours. We then called and nobody answered the phone. We even sent a message through Hotels.com and received no response. This is a decent place to stay as long as nothing goes wrong...but if something does you're out of luck!

The room stunk like a sewer, the floors, walls and bathroom was visibly filthy. After host was notified by Expedia of my complaints, host told me to take my bag and leave. It should be noted, neither Expedia or the host provided a refund.

This was my first time to Rome and this property made the stay so incredible! You can’t find a more central location to all of Romes historic and romantic sites! Safe and clean units with a wonderful host! 10/10!

The bathroom smelled like raw sewage really bad There were bugs in the room, even after the windows were sealed they still kept coming inside. The room was really hot, turned the A/C on and to the coldest setting as soon as we arrived. Went to dinner, and three hours later the room was not any cooler because the A/C was not functioning properly There were only three towels in our room for 4 people, went and asked the front desk for more towels and they claimed they did not have any more towels for us.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property.We are not even surprised to read about the bags and the ac not working considering all and your attitude.Funny how those things were not mentioned at all.What you might refering to are simple mosquitos that on a warm coutry in summer time can fly around since they exist.Towels were in the cabinet under the sink as you were told but we believe that even a private swimming pool in your room would no make any difference.Next time we advise you first to check the property where you are staying and we advise to have a different approach on peoples job insteads of writing lies about bugs and all.Have a nice day

The worst stay in Rome. There are bed bugs. Uncomfortable beds and pillows hard as bricks. They don't tell you that there is an external bathroom that is way to small to fit even 1 adult. 59 Steps Trevi approved an early check out and I have been waiting for a refund for 3 UNUSED nights. Only to find out they have decided not to refund me anything for UNUSED nights. Do not recommend unless you want your money stolen.

Lovely property perfect location everything within walking distance. Taxis outside Zara for transfer back to airport. There is a shared lounge area straight outside room D4 which can get a bit noisy, it wasn’t a problem for us but maybe for light sleepers. Would definitely stop here again we loved our stay here staff a lovely the whole experience for our first time in Rome was perfect

Dårlig hotel
Elendigt, elendigt og elendigt! Aldrig mere dette hotel, hold jer væk. Jovist er beliggenheden fantastisk, få skridt fra Trevi’en, men et værelse som man kalder standard værelse, hvor der dårlig nok var plads til en seng, og et badeværelse som er ude på gangen! Badeværelset er så lille, at man ikke kan vende sig og tage sit tøj på efter et bad. Der står intet om at badeværelset skulle være udenfor det rum man lejer. Total elendig information af både Hotels.com og hotellet. Rengøringspersonalet har et rum lige ved siden af værelset. De begynder kl. 8 om morgenen og de lamer sindssyg meget. De er bedøvende ligeglad med om gæsterne sover eller ej. Ubehøvlet! Og en reception der kun har åbent fra morgen 9 til aften 9.. Det eneste positive var beliggenhed og receptionisterne. Ingen morgenmad tilgænglig..

Pleasant stay.
The hotel was easy to find and the two people I met working at the office were both excellent and helpful. While there was no coffee maker in the room, I knew that going in. It’s Rome there no shortage of espresso everywhere. We found a local cafe nearby with the help of the woman on staff and it was great cappuccino and Cornetto there. I’d recommend to ask about that place. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival , and there was a housekeeper there daily. Location can’t be beat. Central to everything with a major landmark in Trevi fountain at the end of the road. Public transport nearby was easy to get to and scooter / bike rentals very close and abundant as well. I’d definitely stay there again. For the price. It’s a great deal.
