Great property in great neighborhood. Communication was outstanding as well. However, when we arrived, we had 20 to 30 flies inside the house that I spent 2 days trying to kill. Also attempted to go to bed at midnight the first night due to early morning baseball game only to find that the sheets on the master bed were wet and the comforter was soaked in the middle. Went to grab spare sheets and they were wet as well. Had to throw it all in the dryer and wait to even go to bed.

We were in town for our daughters wedding and stayed at The Apollo house in Rogers, AR. The house was amazing! It was absolutely beautiful. There were 9 of us who stayed there and the house was plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. We have stayed at a few VRBO's and this was by far the best. The communication was spot on. From the booking to when we checked out they made sure we had everything we needed. They even sent us a link with places to eat and things to do in the surrounding areas which we used a lot. I would highly recommend Cohova Properties to anyone and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Our stay in Rogers was great! The property was as advertised, well put together, and very clean! The communication from the property owner was great as well.We will be back to stay in the future!!

Super cute house for our gang to hang at for a long weekend. Plenty of beds, with nice bedding. Large couch and seating area. Main downside was that we stayed in and cooked a lot - no big pans. Pans that were there were on the inexpensive side

We were in town to attend a family wedding. This house was lovely and was as depicted on the VRBO site. The house was very clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and this was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The property is close to shopping & restaurants which was very convenient for us. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in town to attend a family member’s high school graduation. The house was immaculate, nicely furnished, well equipped with everything needed. The beds were very comfortable. Owners responses to any questions were immediate. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The entire experience was effortless and enjoyable. Beautiful home, loved the furnishings and decor! The kitchens and bathrooms were well appointed and well stocked. We lacked for nothing. Fantastic and easy communication with the management team and they were so nice! We came in from Dallas for a family wedding and the location was perfect. We all had plenty of room and privacy while still being able to spend time together in the common areas of the home. Couldn't be more pleased. We will definitely be back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
