Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was super clean and felt really comfortable the moment we walked in. The kids had a blast — there was so much for them to do, and plenty for us to enjoy as a family. The location couldn’t have been better… we were right in the middle of everything, so it was easy to get to all the fun attractions and activities. Honestly, it felt like the perfect home base for our trip. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great value!

We had a fantastic time in Rochester. It was our first time visiting the area. Our son was absolutely delighted to find all the toys and games in the house. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, check-in was seamless. We would absolutely come back.

My family was visiting Rochester as we were dropping my youngest daughter at college. This property was close and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the area, being so close to the Lake was a definite bonus! We will be back!

Everything you need and more!

The Host were wonderful the house was everything they described and more! Perfect for a large group of all ages! Location was close to everything even the grounds were very well kept with so much to do out there. I will definitely be back to stay! Thank you for the hospitality!

A good location with great amenities

This was a great house for six adults. It is roomy, very clean, well appointed, and EASY in EASY out. Check out was very simple . . . sweep the floors. The location is a very easy (flat)15-minute walk to Lake Ontario Beach Park. It is also located just off Lake Avenue, which made it a straight shot to and from our event venue—a very quick 7 miles away in the Mayor's Heights/Corn Hill area of Rochester. One note, the kitchen sink is higher tech than I am used to. It has a sensor on the base to turn it on and off with a wave of the hand. It works well once you get the hang of it—though I did look under the sink to see if the water main was on, LOL. It would also be a great space if you have younger people in your group. There is a large upstairs space that has bunk beds, a TV, a sectional recliner, and games. It is a very fun space. And it is located up and away from the main bedrooms, for those early to bed. Parking was on the street. It was very easy. I recommend the house VERY HIGHLY.

Great house for our family with 3 children.

The house was very clean and everything as in the pictures. Well equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. Towels were also well stock in the washroom and everything was very complete. The street is quite and very easy to get to places that we need to get to while we were there. We had a wonderful stay!! We will return again whenever we are back in the area next year.
