Hello Linda, We are sorry that you weren't told about the Cedar Espresso in the main lobby next to the Front Desk for coffee in the morning. It does open at 6am and has not only coffee but a selection of breakfast menu items for you to enjoy as well. We are also happy to arrange escorts with our Security team to give you a ride to the main casino entrance if you need a little help getting to the front entrance. Reviewing your past stays you were previously in a Black River Suite which has the fireplace you mentioned, however for the booking you are referencing you selected a Sky Queen Suite. While we have done our best to communicate with our booking partners of all of the features for our rooms and not all suites have the same features available in them, we understand that confusion can sometimes happen. Please feel free to reach out to us directly even if you are booking with one of our booking partners and we will be happy to help you select the room that will meet your expectations.
