"The pulse was an excellent condo to stay in for a weekend getaway! Eric is an amazing host that provided all any info we might need along with suggestions on places to eat and things to do!"

"The area was very nice and quite. The house was not up to par. The upstairs restroom hand sink was stopped up. The toilet didn't fush good. The refrigerator had food in it from i guess the last guest. I ice machine didn't work. Floors inside the rooms were not clean hair and crumbs all under the beds. Porch back door was off trck. The couch in the living room was a mess. (Need replacing) "

"This is a decent little get away. The place is 10 minutes from French quarter or the convention center. Area is quiet. "

"Everything was as promised. Very pleasant five day stay in NOLA. Especially appreciated the proximity to the street car line which we used exclusively for our travels."

"Cute house with everything we needed. Very close to everything we planned to do while visiting. Owners were fantastic! Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay here, the homeowner was really friendly and the house was conveniently located to some of the more popular areas in town. Having the fenced in yard really made it easy to travel with our dogs. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable and I loved the large bathtub. Would definitely recommend. "

"Great base camp for fishing! ACs were cold, beds were comfortable, and I was able to tie off my 20’ bay boat there. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Host communicated within a timely manner. The location is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the French Quarter so I would recommend getting a rental if you can. Very cute place had a great time! "

"Nice home located just a few blocks from bourbon st. The house was clean, odor free and a nice welcome home after sightseeing. The parking was good for the most part. I just had to park a block away once and it wasnt that big of a deal for us. Everything worked great like it should as was a really easy check in and out. I recommend talking with the carriage company across the street. They will let you tour the stable and pet the mules. I would definitely stay there again."

"Our daughter wanted to visit New Orleans without the focus being on the French Quarter nighttime craziness. This was just the right distance from the city for us to take in all the food and fun. The place was great."

"Sunny, Spacious, perfect location and remote work compatible. Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Street parking was easy and available. Extremely quiet but steps from St Charles, the street car. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. The only place that I have seen in Nola with a dedicated remote work desk and office chair. I highly recommended it "
