Location, location, location!

Property was lovely! Much bigger than i anticipated. And so thoughtfully appointed. Loved having the 2nd bathroom. Location was perfect! Quiet location after a long sightseeing day. Close

Great Condo, Great Location

The condo is clean, quiet, well appointed, great art, excellent location and has a deck which we spent a lot of time on. Just a few blocks from Bourbon Street, everything is within walking distance. We had a blast and have reserved dates for next year.Only suggestions are:1. Time for some new pillows on the bed.2. Directions for building entry code should include the # button

Terrific!

This property was really terrific for us! We were in NOLA for Mardi Gras, and this property is located two blocks from the main parade route! Additionally, the large kitchen pantry had camp chairs and a cooler, perfect for staking out your parade spots. The Mediterranean restaurant, Olive, was next door ... while not New Orleans standard fare, it gave us a nice change from jambalaya, beans and rice, fried catfish, po' boys! The property was beautifully decorated with local art. The TV was great and the sound bar for the TV exceptional. A fully functional kitchen gave us a good spot for making our own breakfasts. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location close to French Quarter

Home was as shown in pictures and very comfortable. Porch is accessed through the window. The hot water is very limited, plan on quick showers. We had a great stay!

Hidden Gem

It’s is perfect! You will not be disappointed! Most of vacation rentals are great for vacation but I could totally live here! The location is perfect-close to the excitement without the crowds and noise. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely perfect

Spotless perfectly located and equipped condo with premium outdoor space. 2 full baths really make this place very comfortable for 2-4 people. Eric was VERY responsive when we had a keypad / entry issue. Highly recommend this comfortable home in NOLA

Fun Visit to NOLA

Made a short but fun trip to NOLA to see the area. Great communication with the host throughout the stay. Check in was easy. Property was what I had expected from the reviews. Clean, nice, well stocked, and comfy! Pretty much walking distance for us on everything we wanted to do. Did take an Uber one day to the National WW 2 museum, it was cheap! Very nice well-kept property and I would stay here on a return visit. You won't go wrong staying here!

Clean, convenient, spacious

It was a great condo to spend a week exploring New Orleans. Eric's instructions to check in/out were seamless. The location was superb, within walking distance of many local attractions, restaurants, and all the fun. We especially enjoyed the patio/deck outside for some fresh air and a glass of wine after a long day exploring the city. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful place. Great location

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Easy to walk everywhere. Communication with property manager was wonderful. He have excellent instructions and recommendations for food nearby. Only thing we wish they had was chairs for the balcony area.

Perfect lication

The location couldn’t be more perfect. Close enough to everything with great access to the street cars. Very safe feeling location that was quiet at night. The inside is decorated well, comfortable seating, and bedding. It was perfect for a getaway for my spouse and I. Eric communicates great, including local recommendations!

Birthday Getaway!!

We had a wonderful stay in Eric’s condo. We have previously stayed in his units 3 times before. It was conveniently located to Canal and Bourbon! Eric is also quick to respond with questions or concerns. We will definitely be back!!!

CBD Getaway

We had a great stay here. We attended a show at the Saenger Theater. It was an easy 10 mi. Walk there. The Trolly stop is less than a block away. We took the Trolly on a nice ride to the French Market. The Mediterranean restaurant downstairs smells AMAZING on the rooftop patio. It also rates great for supper. There is a 25 hr chicken restaurant 1 block away ans well as coffee and a bar. We will be back here for sure!

New Orleans trip

Property was exactly as pictured, very nice and a good area. Close to the French Quarter within walking distance. Host gave us many recommendations where to park, shop, and eat. Very helpful. Was a great place to stay and Eric responded very quickly when needed.

Celebrating in the Big Easy

Eric is a great host and was very attentive/responsive to any question I had. His place was exactly as described and in a very convenient location to everything we wanted to do!! As stated, you will not need a vehicle as all of the (traditional) attractions and great restaurants are in walking distance. Once we parked, we didn't move our car until we departed. I almost requested an additional day, but had to get "back to the real world" :~)
