Conveniently on the 4900 block of New Orleans' famous Tchoupitoulas Street in the heart of the amazing uptown corridor! Near all the parade routes, 2 blocks from Rouses, Win-Dixie, and across the street from Golden File Nail Salon! All the street parking around here is free and abundant! This home was beautifully restored but still feats many historic features of a Historic New Orleans Shotgun - Each room is connected!

If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The place had all the things needed to make our stay complete. Location was key and it made all the local attractions really easy to get around to. After long days enjoying this great city, we enjoyed the comfy beds for an evening of relaxation.We will surely look up this nice spot for our next venture to NOLA.

Beautiful house on a cute street. The seating on the front porch was very enjoyable. Property details were very accurate to the pictures and info listed. Kitchen was a great size. Having ability to do laundry was a big perk! Beds were comfortable. Easy to find parking close to the house. If I ever visit New Orleans again, I would love to use this property again!

Host was great! The towels are not bad like they seem in the reviews, it’s only that one towel in the bathroom that is meant to be used as a mat so it didn’t bother me. Bath tub and rooms were very clean. There are TVs in all of the bedrooms which is great, had no issues parking or with neighbors. Overall a good experience here!

Quirky, older home in shotgun configuration, if you’re ok with that this is a great place— ten minutes to the zoo, playground around the block, coffee shops nearby, short walk to Magazine St with lots of restaurants. Rouse’s grocery 3 blocks. Great for a family. Very responsive host.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was ideal for Uptown Mardi Gras parade viewing. Plenty of street parking options. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the high ceilings & ceiling fans. The house was clean and inviting. My son found the teddy bear to be comforting. It was quiet, but we appreciated the noise machines as an option if we had needed them. Within walking distance to a local coffee cafe. We also appreciated some toiletries provided in the shower. We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely book here again in the future!

I love this home. The area is top tier! No paying for parking. And let’s not forget the mattresses on the beds. Definitely will get you a great night of sleep after running around the city of New Orleans. Hector was an awesome host. Even tho I didn’t reach out for a thing. He still reached out.

Host communicated within a timely manner. The location is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the French Quarter so I would recommend getting a rental if you can. Very cute place had a great time!

House in a great spot. I did have issues getting into the door at first and property owner was not the easiest to get in touch with. This stay has ample amount of space for a large group or family. Beds were very comfortable, TVs worked, and AC was great. Parking was no problem. The shower curtain liner was stained and looked dirty. The bath towels are also almost near shreds.

The house is very cute and charming. The location is perfect for not staying in the French Quarter but still wanting to visit. Communication was stellar with Adam and 10/10 recommend.
