"We were in Powell River to attend my grandsons final minor hockey tournament (U18 Stars) and couldn’t have selected a better place to stay! Jenn & Sean were great hosts and our accommodations were the Best. With early morning rises and many trips back and forth to the rink, we felt right at home with the comfy beds, stunning views and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. "Our hosts, Don and Sylvia were so gracious and down to earth we felt we knew them for a very long time , not just 5 days. The cottage was charming, homey and had everything one could possibly ask for. The beach front location awesome. We felt as one with nature high in the tree tops with eagles and other birds. Can't say enough good things about our wonderful getaway. Have already made arrangements to come back in the fall."

The locals of the island were so sweet and helpful as well. The island has many beautiful places to explore including walks and hikes.
