"I really enjoyed my stay here! The space was incredibly cozy, very clean, and had everything I needed as a solo traveler. The kitchen was especially well stocked with clean utensils, coffee, and all the basics I needed during my stay. I also really appreciated the Roku TV. It worked great and made it so easy to access all of my favorite series in the evenings. Being able to settle in and watch something familiar at night added even more to the cozy, comfortable feeling of the space. One of my...

"The pictures do not do this place justice! It was amazing. We loved the coziness it brought even In the warm summer months. Even the decorations were so cute. The stained glass window was beautiful. "Absolutely charming and very well equipped small home. A lot of small amenities to make it welcoming. Didn't realize it had steps, that was our fault for not checking. We found the registration process to be confusing trying to do it through Expedia as it was a vbro. The owner went out of her way to be helpful."

"The information about the internet connection provided by Vrbo was incorrect. Fortunately, there was a sheet of paper in the cabin with correct information. The bed was very soft--so soft that it was hard to even sit on the edge of the bed without sliding off. The access information provided by Vrbo was incorrect--there was no place to enter the access code. Fortunately, the cabin was unlocked and there were keys on the kitchen counter. It is a delightful little cabin which served us well."

"The Country Girl Cottage is a peaceful hideaway behind the owner's home, nestled in beautiful, well-tended gardens. The front porch on the cottage is peaceful and wonderful for taking in the view of the gardens, reading, enjoying your morning coffee or your evening wine. "Well-appointed cabin. Every day made us love it more! Great hosts! The cypress and pine ceilings in the cabin are stunning!!! The great room is perfect for relaxing and getting all the mountain cabin "feels"! During the summer, the foliage blocks the mountain views, but we didn't mind as we felt tucked away in nature and had privacy. Very close to downtown Black Mountain and Montreat. Fabulous location! The king bed and twin beds were very comfortable for adults. Didn't try the queen bed....

"We were looking for a quiet cabin with mountain views and a hot tub that wasn’t toooooo remote and that’s exactly what this is. Property is surrounded by other houses but we only saw one other person the entire time (and one bear minding his own business walking down the street). Check-in and out were low stress and easy. House was nicely kept up and clean without feeling too fancy to be comfortable. Fooseball table and hot tub were fun. Comfortable beds! Appreciated the nightlights for the...

"Beautiful home nestled in the mountains with fantastic views! Our family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children and dogs) spent the week here and it had plenty of room! Clean and well-maintained; one of a very few rentals where my husband hasn’t had to repair something during our stay. Communication with the host was a breeze. An unexpected plus was seeing two July 4 fireworks shows in the valley below from the huge deck! We would stay here again "
