We had an amazing stay at this Swannanoa property and would absolutely come back. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short drive to Asheville for restaurants, shopping, and exploring.The space itself was very comfortable and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after a full day out. We especially loved the quiet surroundings—it was exactly what we were hoping for in a getaway.Any small details we noticed were very minor and didn’t take away from the experience at all. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient spot in the Swannanoa/Asheville area.

Overall the house was awesome. Very comfortable and great location. All the necessary kitchen utensils. Would definitely come back. Be aware, during cold temps the water pipes may freeze.They dispatched the handyman immediately to fix the problem. The host was very gracious and offered compensation for the inconvenience. Very responsive and helpful despite a tough situation. I suspect they will add insulation to avoid issues in the future

The house was gorgeous and set up well for a large crowd with a big kitchen and two seating areas. Bedrooms were cozy and the beds even had cotton sheets! The host was very communicative and kind. The mountain views were beautiful and the hot tub a fun treat. No road noise and quiet neighbors. Highly recommend!!

Outstanding, 5 star accommodations. We had very high expectations based on the photos and description of the property, and the reality exceeded our expectations. Family Getaway

My husband and I celebrated my milestone birthday with our adult sons and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the hot tub and gas fire pit and the spacious kitchen. The views were spectacular. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed by the host.

Majestic views

Our stay was amazing. The house is spotless, roomy for a larger group , with a fenced yard for your pups and a hot tub that is private and overlooks the mountains. The check in process was smooth with good communication with the owners. They have fireplaces and a propane or wood firepit for your use. The kitchen is gorgeous and our bedroom windows view was stunning . The location is very close to black mountain or Asheville.

Girls Getaway

Took my daughters and their friends to this beautiful getaway to escape for a couple days. House was clean, well stocked and just overall amazing. Great cabin in the hills

This was perfect cabin for a quick guys trip to Asheville and the surrounding area. How was very clean and was just as the pictures showed. Manny was a great host and was very easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a great house that is tucked away from the madness this is your go to choice!

Family Trip to Asheville

We really enjoyed this home. Everything was brand new and exactly as shown in the pics. We were about 15 mins from everything that we wanted to do. The owners were very prompt and clear with any communication.
