Great Asheville location

This house is a great location for a nice neighborhood feel within a short walk to restaurants and shops. Far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Very clean and would stay here again.

this was the perfect house for our short stay in Asheville. We really just needed somewhere to sleep at night. This house was perfect. Walking distance to downtown businesses/breweries. A very short drive to everywhere else. The views of the city were nice too. This house has all you need, and we look forward to booking it again!

Close to downtown

I've rented many properties in Asheville, Swannanoa, and Black Mountain over the years, and this was my least favorite stay. The house itself is acceptable for a one-night stay, but nothing really longer. My wife was getting something out the car when a car started circling the block multiple times clearly scoping her out. I noticed this and went outside, when the driver subsequently broke off and drove away. Being close to downtown Asheville is less safe these days, unfortunately. Factor that into your plans.

This property was excellent; I enjoyed all aspects, except for a old musty grandma house odor. Otherwise, I highly recommend it—perhaps bring a candle.

Asheville wedding weekend

We stayed at the Hazzard Hacienda bungalow while attending a wedding weekend in and around Asheville. From the house it was an easy 15-20 minute walk to downtown for food and chai and shopping! Check in and out was easy, beds comfy, and plenty of towels and kitchen supplies.

Meeting of long time friends to celebrate our respective birthdays

We both felt as if our stay was five star for all categories. Plus there were many small thoughtful additions that added to our enjoyment like a coffee grinder and coffee beans.

Convenient home near downtown

Cute two bedroom house with one extra room that is used as a living room and small kitchen. It was the perfect size for 3 adults. It’s a 15 minute walk to downtown. There are some hills to navigate when walking there and back. The house has a mini fridge, air fryer and toaster. No oven or stove but they had a hot plate which worked fine for making eggs in the morning. All in all we were happy with our choice to stay here

This was our first VRBO booking. We’ve always been hotel people. We weren’t even sure what was important to look for in a listing and relied completely on the description and reviews. So glad we did! Excellent vacation

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, fun vacation. The location is perfect for downtown adventures. The house itself was clean and in a peaceful neighborhood. Definitely would come back.

Easy location and comfortable stay

Very nice, comfortable, roomy bedrooms, clean, bright bath, living room /kitchenette does have a sink, lol. We had lots of room, since it was only my sister and me. We didn’t walk anywhere from the house, but it was very close to downtown and we had no trouble finding parking in town. As everything was all set, we didn't need to contact the owner. There was pretty, local artwork and photography on the walls. I'd definitely stay there again.
