Grand Prix Volleyball Tournament

We stayed here as a family while attending our granddaughters volleyball tournament. Go JoCo!We felt it was better than a cramped and noisy hotel. We were right! The apartment was spotless, very well appointed and extremely comfortable. We will stay there again when in town for another tournament!Thank you!

Great second floor duplex near Richmond

Well equipped rooms with numerous amenities. Spacious upstairs bedroom, 2 nicely spaced bedrooms on main floor. Well equipped kitchen, great art and photography on the walls. Communication with our host, James was excellent and timely. Near VA hospital and Forest Hills park.

Race weekend

This apartment is great. So very big and clean. The road is very narrow in front of the apartment but easy to find a spot. Lots of steps so be aware if there are any mobility restrictions in your group. Close (walking distance )to a great bakery and park for a quick walk around the lake.

We love the place, location was perfect for us visiting Richmond and VCU for the first time. Clean, well stocked, friendly mananger and check in was very easy. A place we will for sure stay at in the future!

Clean Spacious house close to downtown

My business partner and I had a convention in Richmond downtown area. I brought my wife and 1 year old daughter with us. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Large rooms, quiet bedrooms for my daughter to nap and a nice updated modern interior. There are two sets of stairs so I was glad we brought baby gates with us.

Visit with Family

My husband has three sisters and one nephew who live in the Richmond area. The property was very convenient and comfortable and extremely clean. It had interesting architecture and made our visits with relatives so much more enjoyable than descending upon relatives to stay with them. Richmond was beautiful this time of year.

Excellent! Highly Recommend!

James’s place was perfect for my husband and I as a base for visiting our daughter and exploring Richmond. It had everything we needed, tons of space for a larger group or family and very tastefully decorated. Extremely clean and well-maintained! The location is very quiet and convenient and felt safe. We loved being able to walk to neighborhood coffee shops/restaurants, Forest Hills Park and an antique store. Very easy access to other areas of the city. James is a very courteous host and all communication was straightforward and thorough, with lots of helpful information about the area and making sure we were happy with everything. We would definitely recommend this place especially if you want to explore beyond Carytown and The Fan/VCU.

Well appointed property with an exceptional manager

We found that everything we needed was there and if not the property owner made sure to provide it quickly. While the property might not have been in the most desirable area for some folks we felt absolutely secure with cameras, and other security features at the property. Lots of space and amenities, with quick access to great areas of Richmond for activities. My only recommendation would be the addition of some darkening shades in the bedrooms.

Exactly What We Needed

Thank you for the comfortable stay during a trying time for my family. The unit was exactly like the picture's, the beds were comfortable, and the showers amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Just an ideal spot. A great park and restaurants within walking distance

We'll be back to visit the children and grandchildren who live in Richmond. Our Richmond family live on the north side and they really enjoyed coming to the south side to enjoy a slightly different vibe.
