Comfortable and easy.

Easy to find, and entry was easy. Short stay, and the email referenced a house book with checkout instructions. Couldn’t find it anywhere so just cleaned as we had in other rentals. Good experience overall. Only negative was a lot of leftover expired food left in fridge.

Chesterfield Quiet Neighborhood

House is great for a large family or two couples and some kids. All bedrooms upstairs. TVs in all rooms except twin beds bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Within a couple miles of grocery store and 10-15 minutes from restaurants and shopping areas. Nice place to stay. Pets are an up charge but allowed.

VERY UNETHICAL

Host cancelled reservation 18 hours before check in! We had elderly people who had already started to travel. We were attending our son’s graduation and there wasn't another VRBO in Richmond area. Thanks for the stress and ruining a joyous event we planned 6 months ago. BEWARE!!

Simply elegant

We had a wonderful stay preparing for our daughter’s wedding. The home was soo spacious, VERY CLEAN, and decorated so nicely. We enjoyed all the amenities including the alkaline water. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to stay. This place is a gem. Wonderful host!

Wonderful Home

We were in Richmond for an annual girls weekend. The location was perfect for all we had planned. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very well equipped, we had everything we needed! We also loved the fact that the owners left the garage door opener for us to use. It was especially convenient for the rainy weekend we had! We will definitely come back next year.

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The house could not have worked better for our family. Our group consisted of 5 adults and 2 children. The house was a perfect size and layout. The 4 bedrooms met our needs very nicely. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The house was large enough for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. In addition the home is well maintained and very clean. We could not of had a better experience. I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home!

My family (10 of us) loved our time in this beautiful house. It is very well laid out and decorated to perfection. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need. We were super comfortable in this very clean house. I highly recommend it!

Fishing James river stay here

Perfect fit for our family holiday gathering

We traveled to Richmond from New England over the New Year to spend holiday time with family. The house was the perfect size and location for our gathering. The hosts were accessible and responsive throughout the booking and during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Exceeds expectations

We visited this property with 5 adults and 1 three year old child to celebrate our holidays. The house was perfect for a family gathering- plenty of space and EVERYTHING you ever need- sheets, towels, extra shampoo, condiments- it made it so easy. We stayed at the house all weekend and it felt like an actual home away from home. Owner very kind and communicative and check in and out a breeze. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Great home

I booked this property not knowing the area very well for my siblings family reunion. Everyone thanked me and said I did good and loved it! It was exactly as presented online. The manager was very quick to respond to any questions. The beds and pillows were comfy 😀

Large Family Kings Dominion Getaway

This property had everything we needed and way more! If we had forgotten something, they had already thought about it and had it readily available at the house. The bedrooms were a great size especially the two masters on each end of the house. We have plenty of room for three adults and four teens. The house was immaculate and even had space for our two dogs to enjoy the vacation with us. Only a 30-minute drive to Kings Dominion. We will definitely be back!

Very nice clean, roomy, wonderful home!

We were in the Richmond area for our daughter's wedding. The home was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed. It was roomy, clean and very comfortable. All of the bedrooms were great. It was an easy drive to all of the places we needed to go. We have rented homes in Richmond a few times. Our last experience was awful, this was the total opposite. We hope to always return to this house:). It's an excellent rental.

A Fabulous Stay

We had a fabulous stay here. The home was clean, roomy and had all the amenities one would need. The owners were very accommodating. We loved the wildlife refuge in the back and even had a deer in the backyard. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
