"What a wonderful week we spent in this condo! The view is fantastic! I got up for every sunrise in the morning. Many afternoons we preferred Happy Hour at the condo rather than going out. Beside the hard-to-beat view, the condo is quiet and well-equipped. The beach supplies were especially appreciated (chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkeling gear.) We hiked down the hill to the secluded SeaLodge beach several times; one time sharing the ocean with three green turtles! "

"The property was beautiful and the unit was clean and everything was in working order: the beds were comfortable me and the kitchen was the best stocked with utensil and cookware that I have seen in all the rentals I have had. Check in and out was easy. Parking was a bit of a challenge. You couldn’t beat the view and if someone wants to stay in the princeville area I would recommend this unit. "

"We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay very much. The property is at the end of the building so there are people walking by to view the ocean. The place was comfortable but needs some updating. The vacuum didn’t work, found it was plugged, cleaned it and then it was fine. The views are awesome!! "

"Mostly a great stay here. The location is unbeatable and the views are terrific. The unit itself is nice though slightly dated compared to some of the newer units in the area. The tv was broken for the duration of our stay, which was a bummer for nighttime movie watching but overall a nice spot. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was so beautiful and clean, and the location/ view was absolutely stunning. Sherri was an EXCELLENT host and always replied to my messages in a kind and timely manner. The one thing I didn’t realize is that there’s only AC units in the bedrooms, not in the kitchen/ living room area. "We stayed here for a few days as part of our 2 week tour of Hawai'i. Out of the 5 places we stayed, this was our favorite! It was easy to access the condo on the ground floor. The area was spacious. The shower was nice as was the outdoor area. We made use of the laundry machines and beach gear especially the boogie boards. Overall we had an excellent stay and recommend this place for any trip on the north coast."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the North Shore and the condo was lovely to come home to each night. The pictures do not do it justice. The decor is charming and fresh, the place is spotless, and the air conditioning was refreshing. If I could make one suggestion it would be to provide a portable fan as the bathroom area gets stuffy even with the air conditioner. The place is well-appointed and Kimberlee is a terrific host. The condo is in the Sand Piper community within Princeville. "

I specially liked to see the trees and views from the balcony as well as the neighbourhood overall. There is a small beach 5-10 mins walk where you can do snorkeling and see some coral and turtles. Things to keep in mind: -the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. -the parking spot is shared with the condo un front."

"Great 3 day stay at Monique's home. Well designed decor and felt like a home. Well stocked kitchen for all we needed to make our meals including condiments, spices and various items from Monique and past guests. Close to the Princeville shopping and restaurant area and just above Hanalei. Good access down the road to walking trails and the Princeville paths. Monique was very helpful and responded to questions over chat quickly. AC worked very well. Would highly recommend this home."
