"Houseboat was very clean and appointed nicely, had everything we needed. We did not stay in the boat much as we were down for event that created a hectic schedule. Overall, really enjoy the house boat concept. Some things to watch for.1. Construction on the Riverwalk limits access to some of the ramps (not The Cove's fault, they are dealing with it). Also some dredging in the marina is occurring during the day so can be loud.2. Gate for dock ramp can be tricky sometimes which will prohibit...
