"Wow. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The high-end nature of the kitchen, bar, master bath, outdoor furniture, really added to the luxury feel of this property. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Played the games made available to us and had plenty of room to cook/ snack in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. "The boat was great and Kevin is a fantastic host! He worked with us on a necessary date change, without question, and we really appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the marina facilities. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the host can't help that the marina bathrooms were so dirty. "Great location! Within walking distance to everything! The cottage exceeded all expectations.. the gym was a wonderful bonus! Restaurants are nearby but we utilized the outdoor gas grill for most of our meals which was so convenient! The cottage even included a beach wagon which came in so handy for carrying all of our beach gear. My daughter loved being close to yoga at the beach pavilion! "We will always stay in the Mountain's homes when we travel to Carolina Beach! Hands down the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in ANYWHERE and the owners are so kind and thorough in their communication. Absolute 10 out of 10 and would rate higher if I could. Location cant be beat for the convenience of walking both to the beach and all the other places we want to go. You really could park your car at the house and walk pretty much the whole time you're there."

" Our family lives far apart and we don’t get to see each other often. We filled up both units and it worked out great. It was absolutely one of the cleanest places we have ever rented.
