"Having stayed twice previously looking forward to our stay.Rooms bar area all good ,but the standard of the dining room was a big step back Dinning room was poorly organized.Staff always on the back foot having to ask for things that should have been on table Dinner for 2 people was 2.5 hours Staff rarely present in dining room to speak to. "The resort is well presented, clean and tidy. Breakfast was surprisingly good; it might be better to set it out in three sections. A toast area, hot food and cold food, so people didn't queue at the wrong place. Pool areas are lovely and clean; the cabin was nicely presented and clean. The only thing we didn't like was that we went to the sports bar for food on the first night; it was very loud, and we were told they had stopped serving food early and were closing early. "Luckily our stay was during the good weather, the pool and sauna was good but, think it could have been quite bleak if it had been rainy. Our room looked tired and the 2 seater couch was very grubby and the cushions were sunken. The restaurant looked like a staff canteen with all the formica tables and the food was very disappointing, no Michelin chef here!
