Worked well overall for our week. Really easy check in, well stocked kitchen, etc. We biked to the beach which was great. Only challenges- the ‘sunroom’ isn’t really a sunroom and there is no outdoor space to sit. And if you have older or taller kids, the beds in the twin rooms may be too short.

Home away from Home!

Amazing! The proximity to the main strip, boardwalk and beach was perfect. We were all very comfortable in this home, it was so spacious and clean and had all the amenities you could need. We literally felt at home away from home. Very walkable, I believe it was only 3 or 4 blocks before you were right on the main strip for shopping and dining! We would definitely stay again! If you aren't from the area and are staying in this home, we highly recommend Mariachi Restaurant, Nalu's Restaurant and Egg Restaurant!

Convenient location nice stay !

We had a good week at this rental location despite the not perfect weather… it was a fun trip. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the comfortable sitting area and parking pass for the beach. We thought we’d have to pay to Park but it was free to park at lively Deauville beach in Rehoboth with the pass.

Great little spot

This was a perfect small family vacation spot. Charming and not overly fancy. The home is setup optimally for the space, with a nice open concept. The back room served as a great playroom for the kids. The kitchen is small but has everything you need and a nice pantry for storage. The ice maker on the fridge needs attention. The master bedroom was lovely and the best was comfy! but the bathroom was really tight. All the bedrooms we very nice and the fans work great! It was so easy taking the 5 min ride to the beach to park right along the boardwalk. You can cut across Rehoboth ave to get to the house from the beach without having to sit in traffic!

Review

The bedrooms did not have tv’s in them like we saw on line. The master bedroom only has a streaming service. Not cable. The listing was not as clean as we would have hoped. It lacked some of the small touches that other properties had which made it below average. This was year13 that I have stayed in Rehoboth.

Met our needs

This place isn't fancy, cute or quaint. But, it's comfortable, clean and met our needs. Location isn't the greatest, but could be worse. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the main drag and beach (not a problem for us). It also is tucked right under highway 1, so there is a lot of traffic noise (a problem for us). But, it was totally fine and we were all happy with our choice and the place. Thank you!!

Nice quaint court

Only eight units in the courts. Only two of them are rentals. Really nice neighbors, walking distance to the beach was a bit far, have to use a car. But not far to drive , but unit has one beach tag for the car, so that was a big help in parking. Even though Route 1 highway is located behind the court. I never heard any noise in the unit. Unit had everything we needed except for hand towels and Bathroom Rugs, which I purchased and left behind hoping they pay it forward. Leaving the items there for the next weeks renters. and so on. So important to have a bath rug outside of a shower for the homeowner as well. A few older board games, and small kids boogie boards, and Beach Umbrella. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, we ordered linens, they were great and on time. Only thing, the townhome could use is the rugs being cleaned. So, over all was nice place but if your looking for fancy smancy, this unit would not be for you.

Would rent again!

Stayed for 2 weeks. Location was great! Easy 5 minute max bike ride to much quieter end of beach and end of boardwalk. Still close to everything, including Dewey. Kids loved it. Beautiful area near elementary school with courts and playground. Turtles galore under the bridge over the canal at the back of elementary school. Parking pass was a great bonus, making beach trips even easier. And the access to route 1 was ridiculously easy.

This location was perfect for the week!

It was a perfect spot that satisfied our needs. It’s a little further then a walk to the beach but perfect for the bike ride. Can totally walk to boardwalk to avoid traffic and driving around looking for a spot.

The overall process was easy and stress less and the property was clean.

Loved the crib!

We had a great time - perfect amount of space. Great king bed and nice to have an en suite bathroom. As parents of a 6 month old who does not like his pack 'n play, we were SOOOO thankful for the full size crib that was available. Would totally stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

Leeward Review

We really enjoyed our little getaway here. The property was fine for what we needed--it was a great space for the family to spend time together. The kitchen was a bit smaller than it appears to be in pictures, but it worked. It was harder than expected to communicate with the property manager. There were issues that didn't get fixed for the entire duration of our trip, but it was ok because we were hardly in the house. Overall, it was a solid house in a decent location.

Good base for the beach

We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the property. The kitchen was well stocked and the house spacious enough to easily accommodate our family of 4. My son was delighted to find toys in the cupboard and we gratefully used the beach toys. Overall it was a good base for exploring the coast. We would have preferred a property with more outdoor space for the kids to run around - there is a small outside area, but if you have active kids you may feel the same. Also location was ok, but close to the busy main road, and a drive to the beach.

Spacious, comfy, clean and well appointed

If you don't mind being adjacent the highway (road noise outside is pretty loud) everything else about this place is tops. Very recently updated and everything is in tip-top shape. Parking is really easy to get in and out and there's a rear entrance and sitting area with some sunshine. Not far on a bike from the beach or town, either.

Had an all-cousin beach week and the house was great for us. So much space and clean upon arrival. House was already stocked with a majority of everyday needs in the bathrooms and the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and hope to make this an annual event!
