"Our daughter was married just 15 minutes from the property and it was wonderful to have family stay together during the weekend! Each room is eloquent and private enough for the opportunity to get away! The kitchen and dining room were perfect for meals together! My only recommendation is more comfortable furniture in the living room to be able to gather in a more comfortable space. The outdoor grounds are fabulous! "My sister and a friend stayed at the cottage and explored antique and thrift stores. Great location for food and shopping. After a full day of retail therapy, we relaxed and played cards on the beautiful dining room table. The owner has a true gift for decorating and the house was very clean. This is our 2nd time renting there and look forward to a 3rd."

"This small cabin right on the lake is exactly how it is pictured on VRBO. It was extremely clean and communication with Candy was immediate and helpful. We did have a little difficulty with the front door lock but Candy fixed it remotely right away. The kitchen needs more drinking glasses. The dog pen is fantastic and shaded and the dogs enjoyed being able to run free. All in all, it was a great long weekend getaway with the grandkids who wore themselves out jumping off the deck and swimming....
