"Very good sized apartment in a good location, within walking distance to the marina, old town, restaurants and a nearby shopping centre with a supermarket. Simple check in process via a door code. Very quiet in the evenings. The shower is large but due to the set up the water does spill over as there is no shower door. "The view from this property was magnificent and the location was fabulous. Unfortunately, the pool was under reconstruction and a new building was under construction next door, so during the day it was quite noisy. Checking in wasn’t the smoothest, but we found the place in the end.The bathroom is in major need of a retrofit. "Situated in Old Funchal. Beautiful, spacious apartment with washing machine. Located on street with a number of restaurants so the noise is loud well into the night. The apartment can get very hot and stuffy. No air conditioning nor were there any fans provided."
