"This was a brilliant apartment for us as a family with two teenage daughters. The apartment was very trendy and clean. Bedding was good quality and beds were very comfortable. The doors into the building were quite narrow and the apartment is on the second floor (I didn’t know which one it was but for a very quickly reply when I contacted to find out). The apartment was quite hot at night (no A/c) but rather that than cold! The road outside was quite noisy at night with occasional fast speeding...

"We used the huge kitchen and the terrace a lot. The bedrooms were a decent size, so we were very pleased with the apartment. We also loved Madeira!"

"The apartment is fabulous, great location, close to parks, entertainment, restaurants, etc. and yet nice and quite/private - you couldn’t ask for better. Loved Funchal, the ambiance, safe environment. So glad I added this destination to my list of places to see in Portugal & Spain. Do yourself a favour and add it to your itinerary - it’s well worth it and stay in the same beautiful apartment as we did."
