"This property did not have air-conditioning as advertised. There was a lockbox provided with a key for entry - but the door was very difficult to open because the locking mechanism was misaligned. The interior was very plain, with only one wall-hanging on all the walls. Amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms were minimal. There was a washing machine that worked well, but no dryer."

"Had a very poor experience with the customer support. We were not given a key to the rooftop and it took three days for us to get access so we only had the rooftop for a few hours before we had to check out. The customer support was poor and communication was woeful. We had times when we were completely ignored on the live chat. We were hung up on when we tried to phone and given no updates as to when the issue would be sorted. This left us waiting for people to arrive who never arrived and...

Die Ausstattung des Appartements reicht vollkommen aus. Die Messer könnten erneuert werden"

"Surpassed expectations. We had one concern which was the other reviews saying the “shower leaks.” It doesn’t leak. The water pressure is so powerful that it actually pushes the shower head to a position that it will shoot over the top of the shower and out on the floor. We just hung a washcloth on the shower head and its weight held it in position. It does get a little warm without AC for those that are used to it but they do have a ceiling fan in the living room and two addition tower fans than...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Found the value and overall quality perfect for our needs. Very close to many dining spots and shopping, along with grocery stores if you prefer to do most of your cooking from home. Parking nearby is a challenge but the location of this place is walking distance to many different bus routes. Communication with people managing was easy, friendly and efficient. Would be happy to stay again"
