"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"A wonderful week in a wonderful home. Exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The golf cart was super helpful. The walk to the water is flat and only about a ten minute or less walk. Saw a ton of wildlife including deer, red fox and an otter. And the kitties that roam around are adorable! There were cardinals everywhere! Highly recommend this home! Thank you so much for sharing your large, comfortable, delighted home."

"Fabulous doesn't even begin to describe how wonderful our time was at Blue Crab Cottage...the cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of 5, as well as our dog Princess. The views were spectacular...the host was so friendly and helpful...the kids loved chatting with Mr Chris and meeting his dogs, who were the sweetest welcoming committee. "Excellent communication from the owner, Julie and the property manager. Our family (newborn to adults) stayed at this property while in town for a wedding at Rousby Hall. We were a quick and easy 15 minute drive away from the venue. The house was very clean and nicely set up to accommodate our group. We only wish we had more time to spend at the house than we did. "We had a wonderful time at this house celebrating our parents 90th birthdays. We had 21 adults and 2 children. There was sleeping room for all with a lot of convertible couches/chairs for extra beds. The kitchen and dining areas accommodated our large group very well.
