    After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

    Small-town alpine charm at its best. Radium Hot Springs is a cozy mountain village of roughly 1,300 people — friendly and peaceful, with a slower pace than a big resort town.

    Gateway to nature and adventure. The village sits between the Columbia River (to the west) and the mountains of the Rockies/Purcells (to the east), giving you easy access to scenic views, hiking, biking, skiing, rivers and lakes.

    Relaxation and rejuvenation come naturally. The famous hot springs that give the village its name are just a short drive (or even a quick ride) away — perfect for soaking after a long day outdoors.

    Sable Ridge is described as “one of the nicest developments in all of the Columbia Valley,” with well-designed condos, efficient floor plans and quality finishes.

    The complex has amenities like a year-round outdoor hot tub, seasonal pool, and a shared “clubhouse” — giving a resort-feeling but still intimate.

    Despite being so comfortable, you’re still just a short stroll or quick drive from restaurants, a brewery, village services, and all the ways to connect with nature that Radium offers.

    Radium Hot Springs doesn’t feel flashy or overdeveloped. Instead, it`s laid-back, welcoming, and oriented toward people who love a mix of quiet mountain lifestyle + easy access to adventure.

    You’ll likely meet fellow guests or residents enjoying a soak after a hike, striking up conversations over dinner in Main Street cafés, or simply kicking back on a deck enjoying valley views.

    Because of the small population and the nature-oriented setting, there’s a strong sense of being on “nature’s schedule” — sunrise hikes, sunset views, quiet mornings, active afternoons.


    To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

    Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

    Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
    * You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
    * You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
    * You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


    HOUSE RULES:
    1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

    2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 5 people.

    3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

    4. Although one (1) pet under 40 lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

    5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

    6. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $150 replacement charge.

    7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Great place!

We had a great few days here, the property was clean, well stocked and a great location. The beds were comfortable, liked having a few games to play and we enjoyed the pool area. Would totally stay again!

Very well maintained condo. Clean and cozy! Pool and hot tub was an added bonus, which we used quite a bit. Great location to walk to anything in Radium.

Nice clean apartment that allowed our group to enjoy our Christmas at Radium Hot Springs. Host even had Holiday decor. Great location for day trips around the area. Everthing we needed for our stay was already there.

Perfect little getaway spot.

The bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom were essential to having two teens and them needing to share the bedroom so 10/10 for that bc it saved us from having to get a 3 bedroom and set your unit apart from other identical units that offered only a queen. Also, the kitchen table was great for playing games/cards and eating breakfast. Given a choice between island-top bar stools and a kitchen table, the table was the right choice. The variety of games was awesome and we LOVED playing Ticket to Ride: Europe. My daughter loved the scented candle. The location in town was ideal but the view was not 10/10 but it was a solid 8/10. Would absolutely stay there again. The complimentary bottle of champagne was so lovely. A couple suggestions: the hand soap in the master bathroom smelled weird. Almost like it has gone rancid. I would replace it. Also, it would have been nice to have a laundry basket in each bedroom. I LOVED all the hooks. Great organizational design in that!! Thank you for allowing small dogs. We were so happy to be able to bring our little pup and it made the place feel like home.
