El restaurante frances fue esquisito y el trato del personal fue excepcional. Especialmente el trato del mayordomo Miguel. La descripcion de las habitaciones en la app es un poco confusa. Pero con todo y todo estuvo bn.

Esta en remodelacion. Un dia no arreglaron la habitacion Alarmas a las 2 am varios dias sin causa conocida Buena comida/bebidas y actitud del personal excepto el de seguridad, siempre paranoicos y molestando por lo que no usan manillas para identificar los huespedes. DJ solo enfocados en musica americana en la tierra de la bachata y merengue Se supone para adultos pero piscinas cierran 6pm He estado en hoteles similares en la zona y creo mejores opciones por el precio.

Me gustaba mucho este hotel en general, pero ya tiene unos buenos añitos encima y deben de remodelar algunas cosas, como por ejemplo reempalazar los jacuzzi de las habitaciones por unos nuevos, remodelacion de los baños en el area del bar central. Etc. El nivel se diversión sigue siendo muy bueno 👌 y la comida aún se puede comer .

Great adult only hotel. We stayed in a Xhaled Club room where they assigned a butler, in this case Willy, who was very attentive and worry about our stay to give us the best service possible, he send us everyday hotel schedules for the activities, restaurants, etc.. The staff in the restaurants, bars, lobby, the house keeping, everyone involved in this hotel was amazing. The buffet restaurant and the A La Carta ones, has great food and variety, and the bars very good drinks. Hope to be there soon, enjoyed the stay.

The property was beautiful and so well kept across all of the many pools, the grounds, the restaurants, rooms, bars, and beach area. The staff was amazing, so attentive and so friendly. The room was very comfortable and modern. The food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend!
