"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a quick walk to Pike Market, Great Wheel, a corner market and many dining options. As many past reviews have stated, it is quite loud but we knew this when we booked and came prepared with ear plugs and left the fan on for white noise. Everything we needed was there - plates, wine glasses, utensils, coffee, creamer, filtered water and personal hygiene products in the bathroom. Tastefully decorated too. "Property outside of house is unkempt, overgrown and not as advertised. No real access to backyard for use of patio or grilling."

"What a perfect location! The apartment is within walking distance of so many Seattle attractions, and very close to several public transportation stops. If the weather is good, the rooftop space with picnic tables and chairs is a gem, with a great view of the Space Needle. The unit is on the corner of the building on the top floor, so we never heard the neighbors. Our host was exceptionally responsive and has an online guide with great info on the apartment."

"A lovely historical building in downtown Seattle. IT was beautifully upgraded, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Ashley was kind, and delightful to interact with. She provided clear instructions about check in and check out. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Muy limpio y tranquilo. Cuenta con muchas amenidades (cafetera, estufa, etc.) sin embargo sería recomendable que agregaran instrucciones básicas de uso ya que no todos somos tan intuitivos para el manejo de algunos aparatos electrónicos. Tambien tuve algunos inconvenientes para accesar a la habitación ya que el código de acceso no funcionaba y aunque las fallas en los acceso es algo que puede ocurrir paso mucho tiempo para que me resolvieran. "Great apartment in an excellent location. It worked well for our family. Right near the Space Needle and some fantastic food and coffee options. Lovely roof terrace with city views for dry days! Parking was also a huge bonus for this location. Responsive host if you need anything. Check in was a bit awkward as it involved picking up a key from a remote site 15 mins drive away (fine if you have your own transport but be aware if you don’t). We would certainly book here again."

"This is a quiet corner of Seattle, great location with a beautiful view of the Space Needle and the monorail. Sweeping views to Queene Anne from the roof. Parking!! Breakfast at the 5 Spot (iconic) around the corner. Pastries from La Parisienne (award winning) around the other corner. "
