We're very sorry that there were issues that made your stay with us below your expectations. We aim to provide excellent service and facilities to all of our guests, and this is something we normally achieve. On checking your room after departure, we found no issues with the air conditioning remote or unit - they were functioning as they should. However, there was an issue with the toilet as you stated. We sincerely apologize for this. But a simple call to our front desk would have resulted in our maintenance team dealing with the problem immediately, or an immediate change of room, or upgrade, to compensate for the inconvenience caused. We hope you'll visit us again, so we can show you the first-class service and facilities that you expect.

Lalaguna Villas provides free transport via speedboat to and from the resort to Sabang pier within schedule times, which is 8 times daily. Convenient for guest who comes their own way from home to Sabang Pier or just to visit the town of Sabang. Outside the set hours for the water taxi, a modest fee applies. The rooms are designed for guest comfort and we are delighted that you loved it. Thak you for your comment regarding the delicious food.
