"A lovely property in an easy to access rural location - let down by a lack of care… not particularly clean, no communication, not even a tea bag or any soap in the bathroom. A few small changes would make a big difference."

"Fantastic location. Ideal for what we needed but also really rural-feeling and peaceful. We found it quiet and charming. We enjoyed wandering in amongst the old orchard and down through the copse, across the scrubland that forms part of the floodplain of the Tyne. It was good to know there are badgers around although we weren’t lucky enough to see anyway. The dawn chorus was impressive. Very pleasant indeed. Definitely will book again if we’re back in the area. "
