I do not wish to be redundant so I concur with all other positive reviews about the property. Even our teenager was amazed by how clean the windows were (and everything else). We felt absolutely safe in and around the property and were leaving the bedroom door half-open at night to cool down and get fresh air. But the roosters woke us up at 3, 4, 5 am and that was a major inconvenience. The host is Premier.

We love the Cliffs at Princeville and booked this a few weeks before our trip so it was one of the few units left available. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was spacious, clean and quiet (except for the chickens, which we love!). We thought being near the parking lot and road might be loud but the foliage provides privacy and the road is a dead end so there was no traffic. The furniture and bedding will need to be replaced soon as it is very old but it in no way impeded our enjoyment there. The unit is well stocked with everything you want for a nice holiday. The Cliffs is a gorgeous property with many wonderful amenities. We would stay there again and would recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of extras that made for an excellent holiday. The owner let us check in early and leave late which we really appreciated. The pool, recreation area, and grounds are lovely as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. Highly recommend.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall! The property is in a great location and the pool area is absolutely fantastic for kids — plenty of space, multiple pool options, and lots of fun features to keep them busy for hours. The unit itself was bright, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family stay.A couple of things to note: there was some construction work happening on the building during the week, which did mean a bit of daytime noise and wear and tear outside the unit. Also, the master bedroom has both beds in the same room. The unit while clean and well maintained, is showing its age and does have air conditioning, so it could get warm during the hotter part of the day.Despite those minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our time here. The friendly management team and great family amenities made it a memorable and pleasant stay overall.

Jeff's condo was very comfortable for our first family vacation to Kauai and the Cliffs at Princeville. His listing is accurate. Amenities in the condo were very cozy. The location of this unit is great - lots of yard space, and a quick walk to the pool and recreational areas with ample parking. Everything was clean and laundered, and the space itself was set up in a way that optimizes the space. He left great instructions, and check-in was a breeze.

Not as expected

First of all they ask that you take off your shoes while inside the unit however the floor was so dirty it turned our feet black. The door in the bedroom was jammed and didn’t open. The washer and dryer were so old I was afraid they would break down. The king bed was so old and lumpy made for a horrible nights sleep. The kitchen cabinets were filthy looked like they hadn’t been washed down same with the drawers.

Beautiful stay

I have been to Hawaii multiple time, but this stay is the prettiest! The resort is friendly with sports activities and scenic pool area. The bedroom is spacious and backyard view is beautiful

Short drive to everything on the North shore. Clean property, beautiful surroundings, and I'm my opinion, best location for unit in the complex. Bottom floor, end unit, larger patio. Easy parking too!

Gem of a condo!

What a cool find! We stayed at the Cliffs in mid-April, and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well-decorated. We loved sitting outside to eat breakfast. And the property was GORGEOUS, with so many amenities. Beautiful pool area, bikes to rent, pickle ball/tennis courts, basketball, etc—but my favorite were the Adirondack chairs overlooking the cliffs. Just a gorgeous place to sit at sunset. We were in awe! We also loved the small market they had in the rec room one morning—fresh foods, crafts, etc. This was our favorite place to stay on the island! We were also close to Hideaways Beach, our favorite. Thanks for the best time in Princeville!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

The property was well stocked and had all the amenities we needed for a week long stay with our toddler. We loved waking up and exploring the grounds from the floor level entry and had more than enough space in the condo for our family. We’d definitely stay again at this condo and at the Cliffs Resort!
