Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet corner location on lovely golf course with a gorgeous Monkeypod tree just off the lanai.

We had such a lovely time here. The place had EVERYTHING we could have wanted. The inside was very comfortable and the outside area was stunning. Ocean views, mountain views, amazing sunsets. We were very sad to leave this place. It's close to so many places: grocery store, restaurants, shopping. But it's also private and quiet and beautiful. We hope to stay here again soon!

Property manager went above and beyond to rectify tough parking situation. Condo itself was very nice and super comfortable beds/bedding. Accurately described. Does have ocean view but path to ocean restricted for private use by paid golfing members. That was a bummer.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of 5 just had a great week here. It had everything we could need and we loved just sitting out back watching the wonderful view. The beds were super comfy and everything was organized nicely, as well as plenty of beach equipment to borrow. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

The location of this property is great. Amazing view of the ocean and large tree in the back, birds everywhere. Clean, well maintained and plenty of cookware to eat in. Would stay again.

Great home, great stay

We had a wonderful time at this well located, well equipped home. We had all that we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, great kitchen. The communication was clear and fast and we all enjoyed ourselves very much.

The location was perfect. Easy access to Anini Beach. Short drive to Hanalei. Condo was well provisioned. Excellent set up for two couples. Raymond the property manager was excellent. The unit came with beach gear, coolers, and everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. We had a great stay.

This place was amazing! Beautiful views, you could see the sunset right outside the back door. Very comfortable and they had everything we needed, chairs, ice chest, etc! They were very responsive to questions and concerns!!

Adorable condo with the best views

The photos don't do it justice. This is a great stay. Everything you need for hitting the beach readily at your fingertips. Small little things throughout the condo make it so thoughtful. We had a few issues during our stay which were attended to immediately. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing

Our stay was amazing. Place is exactly as described. On-site free parking. Short walk to watch the sunrise. Nice hike to Anini beach. Team was great with communication. Free use of anything needed for the beach. Quiet area. Nice to come back and relax at after a long hike. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo on golf course

The condo was more than we expected. Clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Great view of ocean and golf course. The BBQ on the back patio was perfect for cooking dinners. The kitchen was organized and well stocked. And the pool was used almost every day. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Property!

We loved this condo! Everything you could possibly need was provided, everything! We are familiar with Puamana and know it’s a little older community, but this condo has been very thoughtfully renovated to maximize space and to feel very Hawaiian. Awesome golf course, mountain and ocean views (ocean is a distant view, but nice). We had one small issue and Rob took care of it immediately and was so friendly! We highly recommend this property!

Lovely stay in Princeville!

My family stayed here for a week and had a great time. Kira and Suzanne immediately answered all of our questions. Being between the golf course and the Westin meant being able to enjoy fantastic sunrises every morning, and a view of the ocean. With the front and back door open, there was a lovely breeze that kept the house cool all day. Everything was clean. Plenty of beach chairs and gear. Easy walk to Princeville shopping center and short drive to so many beautiful beaches. Thanks for a great vacation!

Kauai Loveliness

Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Questions before the trip were promptly answered and one tiny issue during the visit was addressed timely. Parking was convenient, condo clean and had a terrific layout for our family. The condo was as advertised and had a a beautiful golf course, ocean view and very peaceful. The guest binder was thorough and easy to help guide this newbie VRBO guest. We would definitely stay here again. If you are staying in Princeville, this condo will not disappoint.

Magical first trip to Kauai

We could not have asked for a better trip and home base. The property was everything we needed and wanted for our stay. The views are amazing, the condo was a perfect size for the five of us (3 adults and 2 teens). It was a great place to come back to after days hiking and exploring. It had everything we needed to prepare some lovely dinners from the local fish market and plenty of extras to make our beach adventures more comfortable. We did not have to contact the host during our stay but the instructions and communication prior to coming included all the information we needed. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Lovely stay

Our family of 3 stayed for spring break. We love being in Princeville so the location was perfect for us. The condo itself was well appointed and comfortable without being too fussy. The manager did walk right in the first day and asked my daughter if she was supposed to be there (we were unpacking upstairs), but quickly left after realizing we had checked in that day. Neighbors and area were clean and quiet. Sleeping with windows and doors open kept the night cool enough to sleep. Overall, great condo and we would return.

Great spot

Fantastic spot in Princeville. Walking distance to Wylie Beach, Anini beach, and shopping center. This unit has sunset views during the winter which was very much enjoyed by us all. Only complain was trying to find the unit in the dark was a little difficult. Maybe a lit up address sign on the door would be beneficial. We plan on returning and enjoying this property on the future. - Found out after booking, it's more cost effective to book directly with the rental company and avoid the VRBO fee.

Great location!

This is a great location for a stay in north shore Kauai! It is an easy drive to Princeville center, Hanalei and all the north shore beaches. The inside of the property has been updated and is very comfortable. We did have to clean the upstairs sinks and counter tops, but not a show stopper. They have everything you need for cooking and for the beach (towels, snorkel gear, water shoes, and chairs). The communication with the property owner was excellent from the time we made the reservation to the time we checked out. One of the best things about this property is that you can relax on the back patio and see the sunset, view of the ocean, and there was a nesting albatross that we were able to see!

Excellent Family Weekend in Kauai

Easy location to find and great instructions for getting into the unit. spacious unit with Beautiful golf course views. Lots of extras included….soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, linens (including beach towels), dish soap, laundry detergent and a sampling of Hawaiian snacks and drinks. Large sectional couch for a family of 5, big kitchen with all the necessities and dining table with space for 5. No air conditioning, but lots of windows and fans in every room to keep cool air flowing. Spacious bathrooms with double sinks and large showers. Quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes of Hanalei Bay and Hanalei Center (shopping and dining area with delicious breakfasts at Hanalei Bread Co). We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Property for Family Stay

Our family (2 parents & 2 adult children) had an excellent December stay at this beautiful property. Upon arrival, it was even better than expected from the listing pictures. The condo was well stocked with amenities (shampoo, kitchenware, treats, beach chairs, etc.), which made the stay easier. The location against the golf course was beautiful & peaceful. We loved the great trade winds that blew through the condo & only ran the ac on the night we arrived. Good communication w/ property management. The only slight negative is that the upstairs sofa bed was uncomfortable & not really suited for an adult, but would likely work better for a child; this is something we didn’t realize from listing pictures. All other beds were very comfortable. I recommend this property & would stay again.

Perfect long family stay!

This place was perfect for our long family vacation with 2 little kids. VERY well equipped from the kitchen to beach supplies. Kitchen has nice quality things. Great supply of toiletries. We stayed in August and did not have a direct sunset view, just FYI if that is what you're looking for. But there is a beautiful lookout just a short drive down the road. Washer/dryer worked well. We had some issues with the AC but that got handled and it worked perfect after that. Pool was never crowded. Golf course was peaceful setting and not too busy. We felt very safe. Princeville is perfect location and the area is the best part of the island if your looking for relaxation and the most beautiful surroundings. We would stay here again and we would recommend!!
