The condo has an AMAZING view and the sunsets are incredible. The unit was spacious and well equipped for our family. The host Deborah was great! The only small inconveniences were that the pool and jacuzzi were closed during our stay and the washing machine wasn't working during but the host was nearby and washed a load of our clothes for us which was so thoughtful. Overall we loved our stay!

Wonderful stay.

Incredible views! Condo was very clean and kitchen was well equipped with much more than basics. Surrounding grounds are well maintained including access to a beautiful beach.

A family favorite

My husband and I spent our honeymoon on Kauai and I believe this unit was really close to where our original place was. We love this place. The unit is great, perfect for my family, and everything was awesome. It's spacious and well stocked and I loved just having the glass doors open to listen to the waves at night. You can't beat the view in my opinion. I will probably never stay anywhere else ever again. This is definitely a place we'll return to.

Beautiful views and comfortable.

The property overall was nice and a good location. It was quiet and as described. It was adequately stocked and nice to have a few extras in the cupboards and refrigerator from past guests. Check-in was easy and the place was clean and cared for. Deborah was accessible and checked in to make sure all was well. Beds were comfortable and no a/c was not a problem with the breeze. It is a fairly steep walk down to unit from the parking lot, but all one level from there. The pool was easily accessed and quiet. Parking was always readily available close to unit.A few more amenities would make it that much more comfortable (a few extra towels, instructions to the path/beach, paper/pen, pool hours) but over all it was a great place to stay.

Amazing stay right on the ocean cliffside 😀

Property was as advertised, clean, had amazing views, was in walking distance of several beaches & OneHotel, easy parking, super close to the Princeville Makai golf course. Property manager was easily reachable if needed. We loved our stay!! 😀

amazing location - super clean - stunning view!

The location is perfect - so much within walking distance. The view is stunning!! The unit is super clean and well appointed. Check in and out was super easy. Great parking. Beds were comfortable. Only 2 downsides... upstairs neighbors were doing construction work on their unit so it was loud up there (otherwise the whole complex is super quiet and peaceful) and there is NO air conditioning - which we thought would be an issue but if you open the windows, doors etc there is a nice breeze that comes through - also using the shades for the late afternoon sun coming in helps to cool down the unit. We will stay here again - loved it.

Great Location

This unit was well laid out and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there’s nothing like going to sleep to the sound of the ocean. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler being available in the unit - a very thoughtful touch.

Spectacular View!!

We had an amazing stay at Pali Ke Kua 123 from the moment we stepped through the doors. The view is absolutely spectacular. The condo had everything we needed for our 13 day stay and we were very comfortable. We were welcomed with a cooler bag with Kauai Kookies and chocolates and the bag to keep. We can’t wait for our next stay!!

Perfect place for family vacation

The condo was a perfect spot for our base for our Kauai vacation. There were enough beds for everyone to be comfortable and to spread out. The couch in the living room was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part was the views from the patio area. Simply spectacular.

Could not wish for a better place to stay!

We were visiting a surfer friend in Princeville so needed a place near him and with quick access to the north shore surf beaches. The location was ideal and the condo just perfect! A hidden gem for sure…

Outstanding Setting

This is a very nice condominium located on the cliff of the Northshore. The view from the condo is astonishing. and being able to walk out from the patio and into the green space is a major convenience. There's an access path from the condo complex down to a beautiful secluded beach. This is probably the cleanest and most well-equipped VRBO we have stayed in. I would say the only drawback is the distance from the airport, the south shore, and west coast. Nevertheless, we may even stay there again in the future.

Awesome stay!

First time in Kauai, second time in Hawaii. The location is just perfect. The view is stunning, we couldn't get enough of it. Don't hesitate. The only 2 "issues" we had shouldn't be issues anyway. The first one is the AC, we're not used to the muggy weather since we come from Oregon where we do have the AC at our place. Pathetic... :) The 2nd is the Wifi which is very slow and unreliable but I'm sure it's the case all over the island. In any event, this is all very trivial, we would definitely come back. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

this condo was beautiful and well kept up- scenary breath taking

Loved the condo . The owners did a marvelous job in the details to make it a pleasant stay. The view was breath taking. the fact that the heat and humidity was so extreme made me vow never to come back to Hawaii wo A/C again. Never needed it before on our trips to Hawaii but this trip did it. Thank goodness the owners provided wonderful LASKO fans which we all sat in front of constantly when there.

Fantastic! Everything it said it was and the view is amazing.

Great place, perfect location. Someone tell the owners to replace the mat on the lanai please, it's a injury waiting to happen. It slides like ice(wet or dry)! Both of us almost did the splits going outside until we moved it. Other than that it's a lovely place and area. I'll be back.
