Hello, We booked this residence for our honeymoon based on the pictures and the view. While the view was great, the accommodations were least than ideal. First, and to be quite honest, the bed was gross. We could visibly notice that the comforter had not been washed. There was dirt and scuff marks all over the pillows and when we peeled the sheets off the bed, we found copious amounts of human hair that was not ours. It made it very hard to get comfortable and sleep in the bed. Second, the towels had a distinct musty, dirty smell to them when we went to first use them. And lastly, there was no hot water the entirety of the trip. The shower got warm, at best, but never ever got hot. We appreciate you opening your home and we understand it is no easy task to let strangers into your own home. However, we were devastated to see that this was the condition of a place where we were spending our honeymoon after the pictures looked so promising.
