Great condo in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed using the bikes and the chairs at the beach.

Beautiful place to stay, clearly was our home away from home. We enjoyed the the added amenities of beach chairs, cooler, towels, and beach mat! The home was clean, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store. We will be coming back!Included morning coffee lanai picture

We had a great stay here. Place is even better than photos and much larger than appeared. Appreciated all of the goodies in the garage and of course large garage itself for parking. Townhome community and overall location in Princeville was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely

The furniture was not very comfortable, but other than that the stay was AMAZING! Love this area. We will definitely be staying again!

Exceeded Exectations

The pictures that we saw of the property beforehand provided us with certain expectations of the quality of the place to stay; the place itself exceeded our expectations. It was like a "home away from home".

Wonderful

We loved our stay on Kauai. Staying in this condo was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed for our stay. It was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in on vacation. Thanks for sharing this piece of paradise. I desire to stay in the future and will recommend to others who might visit Kauai.

Kauai vacation

Our rental home was beautiful! Fully stocked with everything you might need. It was spacious and very clean and comfortable. We loved the location also. The pool was very pretty and well maintained.

Great place to stay.

The best furnished condo we have stayed at so far. We came for a wedding and stayed for a week in this great condo. It has everything you need for preparing meals and playing at the beach. Highly recommend it.

The kitchen is well appointed, there are plenty of towels and beach supplies like umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, bicylcles. Its located near cute shops/restaurants. The pictures don't do it justice. If we are lucy enough to come back to Kauai, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Central AC, garage with remote, wonderful place

It's a unit on Nihilani, which is right in front of Bali Kai. The unit is as shown in the pics. Garage with remote. AC working perfectly. Full kitchen, full stocked garage with beach accent and 3 bicycles. Very well cleaned and maintained. 2 suites. It's much better than Bali Kai, if you find something in Nihilani, just book it.

Everything was perfect. Very well furnished. Only problem was trying to figure out how to operate the tv, but finally figured it out. Needed a teenager in our group!!

Perfect Paradise Getaway

This year my fiancé and I came with our best friends. From the check in process to all the amenities provided, we were blown away. This property is beautifully well kept and beyond accommodating. Fantastic getaway in a beautiful retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this wonderful condo! The layout is fantastic, giving privacy between bedrooms - each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is top notch - everything you need to cook, which we did a lot of - and the living area and lanai were very comfortable. Location wise it really doesn't get any better - quiet nights and a short walk to the cliffs or down the street to Hideaways beach. The pool/BBQ area was great. Plenty of bath and beach towels, the laundry setup was great (we were there 11 days and it allowed us to pack lighter,) and the garage was loaded with beach supplies - pop up tent, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and more. Highly recommend this fantastic getaway place.

The owners have thought of everything. They have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. This condo is very clean and well maintained. Very nice floor plan with good separation between bedrooms. It is very convenient to have the garage attached to the unit, so walking was minimal. We loved our stay in this awesome condo and will look to book it again next February. Thank you for the fantastic stay.

Pool was pretty but it rained a lot so we did not get to enjoy it. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Love having Beach all the beach items. Beautiful gold course nearby. Hope to return again. Kauai Vacation Rentals made everything easy from check in to check out. We own and operate a vacation rental company in Arizona and give Kauai Vacations 5 stars.

Very nice condo for two couples with bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo for added privacy. Exceptionally clean when we arrived. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed and bathroom linens very nice with extras provided. Several extra touches including 3-5-8 lb. barbells, a travel cooler for guests to use, drying rack, and bikes (although there were 4 bikes and 3 helmets) the condo does back up against a somewhat busy road, so at times there was noise while sitting on the lanai, but it was extremely quiet at night. Very close of the pool.
