Very nice condo for two couples with bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo for added privacy. Exceptionally clean when we arrived. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed and bathroom linens very nice with extras provided. Several extra touches including 3-5-8 lb. barbells, a travel cooler for guests to use, drying rack, and bikes (although there were 4 bikes and 3 helmets) the condo does back up against a somewhat busy road, so at times there was noise while sitting on the lanai, but it was extremely quiet at night. Very close of the pool.

Beautiful place to stay, clearly was our home away from home. We enjoyed the the added amenities of beach chairs, cooler, towels, and beach mat! The home was clean, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store. We will be coming back!Included morning coffee lanai picture

We had a great stay here. Place is even better than photos and much larger than appeared. Appreciated all of the goodies in the garage and of course large garage itself for parking. Townhome community and overall location in Princeville was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

Central AC, garage with remote, wonderful place

It's a unit on Nihilani, which is right in front of Bali Kai. The unit is as shown in the pics. Garage with remote. AC working perfectly. Full kitchen, full stocked garage with beach accent and 3 bicycles. Very well cleaned and maintained. 2 suites. It's much better than Bali Kai, if you find something in Nihilani, just book it.

Great place to stay.

The best furnished condo we have stayed at so far. We came for a wedding and stayed for a week in this great condo. It has everything you need for preparing meals and playing at the beach. Highly recommend it.

Perfect Paradise Getaway

This year my fiancé and I came with our best friends. From the check in process to all the amenities provided, we were blown away. This property is beautifully well kept and beyond accommodating. Altogether beautiful!

Everything about our trip was wonderful! The unit was so clean and seemed brand new. Very well maintained. Also nice furniture and accessories. It was great having all the beach gear right in the garage so you could load it into the car so easily. Also everything you could want, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more. Also the pool was very close to the unit if you wanted to use that. The whole place was beautiful. It was a great location too. Near Hanalei and Kilauea and great beaches. It was just a really great place to stay. Even enjoyed sitting around enjoying the view of the area. The patio was great too. We really enjoyed our stay altogether.

Five star

We have 35+ years of experience as time share owners, VRBO renters and Vacation Club members. We recognize quality accommodations and service. We certainly found it when we entered the Nihilani Resort at Princeville, Kauai. While located inland there was no mountain or beach view but provided some solitude and relaxing atmosphere. The resort was well maintained, beautifully landscaped with a great pool area complete with a water fall and a nearby hot tub. Our unit was 1,400 sq ft of spacious living, nicely laid out with the living and dining room overlooking the deck. Tastefully decorated, well furnished kitchen, large bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower. There was a desk for the computer. Usually, we have to set up on the dining room table. Once you get settled in you notice the little things you don't usually find in a rental. Cookies in the refrigerator. Ice cube bin is full There were spices provided and kitchen supplies: foil, zip bags, etc. We have a garage - no more getting into a hot car. We would rent from them again.

The property was gorgeous !! Management company was great and easy to deal with . Check in was super quick and they had little snacks and bags for us at the place when we arrived. Soooo many extras - beach umbrellas , chairs , bikes , bike locks , pool toys and more . Love it !

Perfect Week in Paradise

This is an exceptional property.

We loved our time here. The condo is large, well appointed and comfortable. Located in the middle of Priceville, the whole north end of the island is very accessible. The pool and hot tub are about a 1 minute walk away. The property is well maintained and very beautiful. We'd love to stay here again so.etime.
