Our family of four spent three weeks here in September and had a wonderful time. The unit is right next to the pool, which made it incredibly convenient, yet surprisingly quiet most nights. The pool typically cleared out by 10 p.m., so noise was never an issue.The condo was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning kept things cool and pleasant. We loved the balconies and outdoor seating — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings.The location couldn’t be better — just a quick 10-minute drive to Hanalei Bay, and the Nihilani complex itself is beautifully maintained. We had perfect weather during our stay and really enjoyed every day. This is one of our favorite places to stay on Kauai, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thanks to the host for a great experience.

One of the nicest rental experiences ever! Thoughtfully appointed with every detail our family could need. Wonderful layout and decor. I would have liked better quality down pillows, but not a big deal. We hope to stay in 32c again!

Great Unit!

We stayed in this Nihilani condo (32C) for 9 nights June 2023. It was well equipped and very clean. The location is great and close to several north shore beaches including Ke’e, Tunnels, Hideaway, Sealodge and Anini. The property manager Hawaii Life was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best VRBO properties we've stayed at

We have stayed in VRBO properties all over and many in the Princeville area before. This one was the best! Kitchen supplies, bedding, furniture, etc were all more than adequately supplied and high quality. We appreciated the extra puzzles and games that we used late in the evenings. This is a great location for all things needed on the north shore of Kauai. Thanks for sharing this incredible property.

Gorgeous home, fully equipped!

This home is gorgeous and bright, so many windows! Spotless, and fully equipped with every possible thing! Beach gear, cleaning supplies, puzzles, books. Even little first aide and sewing kits. The pool area is gorgeous and so close. We would stay here again, absolutely.

Spotless and fully equipped.

Very clean and huge! also has all the things needed in the kitchen and even boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, beach coolers etc. We didnt need to use the air con. it was good with just the fans.

Beautiful cozy and comfy condo in a great location

We loved staying at this beautiful condo. It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen however was not as well-equipped for cooking meals... more cooking utensils needed (wooden). There were no coffee filters or a permanent filter to make coffee. We were only supplied one roll of paper towels for a 7-night stay. Two would have been nice. The dishwasher was broken, but we managed just fine. There was, however, a smell under the sink that was never resolved during our stay. We did find someone's leftover food container under the sink, but that was not the culprit. We also found dirty dishes (cups) in the cupboard - yuck! Aside from these little things which was no biggie in the scheme of things, we had a lovely time staying at this condo and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

This is our new favorite place to stay on Kauai. The condo was well equipped, clean and so very comfortable for our family. We loved how light and airy the condo was and Ac was a plus. We enjoyed each morning on the lanai. Barbara was super responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay in paradise!

Great condo!

This condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in! It is clean and everything feels new and like you are in a home away from home. The rental company was great at communication and taking care of issues. The a/c was broken when we arrived, but they were aware of the problem, already had someone out to look at it and it was fixed a few days into our stay. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again!

Amazing accommodations in Princeville!

This property was beautiful and impeccably clean. There was so much space available for the three of us and we enjoyed it very much. The pool is very close so my kids loved being able to walk right there. I highly recommend it.

New, immaculate, thoughtfully supplied.

I suspect that you could rent a lot of dumps in Kauai, but this is the opposite. There is no ocean view, but the price is right, the development is well done, the grounds are nice, and the unit is tastefully and thoroughly supplied. Spotlessly clean, from the linens to the floors, several local reference books, and even a printer for those boarding passes on the last day. The kitchen is well supplied, and the washer and dryer are good quality. Little (but significant) extras, like beach towels, bikes, surfboards, are all appreciated. As to whether or not you stay in Princeville - well, there is no clear answer. P-ville is purely a residential community. There is nothing else there. Hanalei Bay is 5 minutes down the road, and it’s where you go to see this part of Kauai. The weather is far cloudier and wetter, but it’s Hanalei Bay, for Goodness sake, and that in itself is magical. Throw in the allure of a hike or sail on the Napali Coast, and there is reason enough to stay here. But if you want the sun and warmth, be ready to head south to Poipou. Count on 90 minutes - the traffic is quite bad. In fact, leave two hours to get to the airport - traffic is staggering. We had lots of rain, but also sun. We’ll be back.
