The view was amazing!! We noticed on the back lawn immediately behind the condo was where most people stopped to take photos of the mountains and water. We spent every morning out there drinking coffee and watched the sunrise and in the evenings you get to see the sun tuck in behind the mountains. The condo has a washer and dryer which was nice because we were able to save on how much we needed to pack. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meal if you want dishwasher coffee maker. There is no grill for the unit but there may be one for the complex somewhere but I’m not sure. There is a pizza place across the street literally. It’s not bad but they are understaffed and it takes forever to get food. A couple of other restaurants and grocery store at the Princeville shopping square or drive the additional 5-10 minutes to Hanalei town. Bed and couch were comfortable. Unit was clean. Would stay at again.

The condo was everything and more that we expected! The sunset views alone make this an incredible place to stay! Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were provided, as well as kitchen and bath supplies. We will definitely stay here again. Several of our neighbors were repeat visitors to this condo complex.

This view can simply not be beat. Sunsets from the patio are to die for and make carry-out dinners a must because few restaurant views can compete. Location is perfect, 10-15 mins from downtown Hanalei and many popular beaches. Condo is exactly as pictured, very clean with AC in bedroom and newer washer/dryer. Kitchen also comes well stocked with dishes and cookware, would just recommend getting spices. My only issue I had with this condo is the code I received for the front door on check-in. Code would not work and had to be reset 4 times by Vacasa support (not host) before they got one that finally worked. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Check in was awful. They would not allow us to check in even 1 minute early and we had cold groceries. We sat in the car and when it was time the code on the door that they gave us was FALSE. Took forever to get in contact with the management company who kept us on hold and THEY were unable to find the correct code for 40minutes. The sun beams the living/kitchen area and was very hot so beware the AC is just a portable unit in the bedroom. It’s very loud so bring ear plugs. No tv in the bedroom like detailed. The microwave is old and buttons do not work. The “Start” button does not work. You have to hit the popcorn button for it to turn on. The only positive is that the view is absolutely beautiful.

Had an amazing stay at this property. We had some difficulty getting access through Vacasa but otherwise was an easy process. View from the patio left us speechless. Was close to a number of beautiful beaches both walking and within a short drive. Property was clean and has lots of amenities. Will be back!

Stunning ocean view and sunsets; great location

This property is perfect for a romantic getaway to Kauai. The views are fantastic and the location is perfect for golf, beaches, or just relaxing with a good book on the patio!

Great Stay at Pali Ke Kua!

Wonderful stay at our 1 bedroom unit in Princeville. Great accommodations and a breathtaking view! Would highly recommend this unit to family and friends. Would definitely return.

We had a lovely 10 day stay at the condo. The view is incredible, and we enjoyed fabulous sunsets in the evenings. The grounds are beautiful! The condo is well maintained and well stocked. There were two beach chairs, two umbrellas, and a mini cooler provided. There is a portable AC unit in the bedroom, but the remainder of the condo does not have AC and it got very hot in the afternoon/evening, even with the sliding door and windows open. The unit is on the first floor and there is an upstairs unit above. There were a couple of days we could hear loud footsteps and children running around upstairs. Overall, our stay was fabulous and we will definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Pali Ke Kua. The condo was perfect-clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The community pool was very nice. The best part was the gorgeous views from the patio. Perfect for a couple getaway!

Beyond words

Could not have booked a better place. The VIEW. Superb design with windows and screens optimizing the flow of light and wind through the apartment, respectively. Super clean. Great A/C in the bedroom for sleeping. Priceless beach access and lanai. Spacious with all the supplies we needed. The complimentary laundry and dish detergents were greatly appreciated. One aspect potential guests should know is that you can hear your upstairs neighbors during the day. We didn't mind, but noting it here for those who might.

Place and view is stunning…accurately described. There isn’t much of a trade wind but fan and bedroom AC was adequate for our needs. To access the beach, you have a pretty steep walk down. Loved having chairs we could take to other beaches. Really loved the location as well.

This place is wonderful

We stayed here for an extra long weekend. The view from the lanai is amazing. We decided to make dinners here every night because you cannot find a better view at any restaurants. Eating together while watching the sunsets was great. The property management was really great, just be aware that they may take several days to get back to you. I only had to communicate with them prior to our check in. They probably are much more responsive if you are actually here and having an issue. We just didn't have any problems. The place is about 10 minutes from Hanalei. And about 50 minutes from the airport. There is a wonderful beach just down a well, kept path. It's pretty steep but well maintained The kitchen is adequate. No grill or barbeque but the stove works well.
