"The unit was well equipped,clean,quiet,safe and close to the beach hiking and restaurants we wanted. Somewhat dated but small refrig,microwave, coffee maker etc. owner quickly responded to parking issue. Would definitely rent again as location perfect!"

"This location suited us well as a couple. We appreciated the property foliage and birds! We found the condo to be clean, well equipped, spacious for a studio and the ability to do laundry. Any communication was handled quickly and graciously. While we took our time getting around the whole island and found Princeville to be a fun location to stay in. "Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon. "

"Everything was in great condition! While the unit is a smallish studio, using the table and chairs on the lanai made it feel bigger. We also appreciated the induction cooktop, microwave and fridge, and plenty of kitchenware that made it easy living. "

"Very nice condo, clean, comfortable and It had everything we needed (good kitchen, beach and snorkeling gear..) I specially liked to see the trees and views from the balcony as well as the neighbourhood overall. There is a small beach 5-10 mins walk where you can do snorkeling and see some coral and turtles. Things to keep in mind: -the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. -the parking spot is shared with the condo un front."
