"Dale is a nice host and his cottage is nicely decorated and clean. We didn’t really use the kitchen except the coffee bar as we were helping my sister and her husband with a building project and so just needed a place to sleep and shower and this little cottage was perfect for that. "

"Host was very responsive and this place was the perfect space to relax with our kids and parents and enjoy the beautiful view. On the water but kind of marshy and shallow, so not really great if kids are itching to swim, just something to note. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!"

"The riverside cabin was lovely. King sized bed, with en-suite jacuzzi tub. Great porch for relaxing and watching the water go by. On-site restaurant Friday-Sunday, with good food and outdoor seating on the river. The only issue we really had was surrounding the check-in process. The listing does not specify that VRBO is holding funds for the transaction, but you actually have to pay the resort directly upon arrival, which caused a bit of friction upon check-in."
